Not everybody is a bitter lemon like you. I didn't see anything about this thread or its topic to warrant or justify your negativity, nothing. The solution wasn't a government initiative. It was created by a young Nigerian and later adopted by not just Lagos state government but other states. But your types won't stop the progress and innovative streak of young Nigerians creating solutions through technology.
