Hello, did you get the court document yet?

|
Serendipity01:I saw you emailed me. I don’t think I have access to the email registered on here. Answer to your question, you need a court document that says you have sole parental responsibility of the child. Please and please don’t mistaken custody for sole parental responsibility and no affidavit. An official court document will suffice and a copy of the parent’s visa (if you’ve gotten your vignette already). |
Good day everyone. I applied for child dependant visa for my step daughter (my wife is the MA). First time I applied for the child, it was denied because the divorce settlement between my wife and ex husband says he can see the child anytime as long as he notifies her one day in advance. We didn’t add a letter then. This is the second time, we got a written letter (signed, he thumb-printed on As well) from the father of the child now stating he’s aware the girl is traveling to the UK with her mother and he supports it. I also added my wife’s Visa vignette, mine and letter that I’ll be caring for the child while my wife is schooling. Just few minutes ago; I received this e-mail; “ Please provide the following documents: Paragraph ST 34.2 States - Child applicant’s parents must each be either applying at the same time as the applicant or have permission to be in the UK (other than as a visitor) unless the parent with permission as a Student is the sole surviving parent or has Sole Responsibility for the child’s upbringing • Please provide Details of your parents Visa application to travel with you to the UK or proof in the form of an official court document to evidence that the parent that you are travelling with has Sole Legal Responsibility, however this must not be only in the form of an affidavit.” Has any one had similar issues and please kindly advice how to go about it because I had provided all these documents prior before now. |
duchess90:Noted. Thank you. |
Really and no questions was asked at POE? Ekababbe: |
Attached is the information needed to call them. Have your GWF number ready. Daveheart:
|
Opeyemi007:Understood, but how can I prove to them at POE that it is for the best for my family because we can’t be hanging around at hotels etc., it’s best we have a place so my wife can shop our stuffs to the address. Also my wife isn’t a Nigerian National, hence why I’m thinking of going first to sort all the housing and school related issues. |
Call them. They’re the sneakiest set of people ever. I paid for priority, they didn’t say anything until I called them, that was when they sent an email requesting more document. Daveheart: |
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, I’d like to ask is it possible for a dependant to go before the Main applicant to sort/arrange housing before arrival of the main applicant and two other children. |
patako:I can send sample questions to you on WhatsApp. |
Ayrastarr:Name your price sir, and also mention me in a dead thread with your contact number on WhatsApp. |
Are you good at mathematics? If yes, I need you to help me with 12 mathematical questions. The is exam is very important to me, and I’m not good with maths, I haven’t even done any mathematical related exam or test in a long time. Your service will be rewarded handsomely. |
Can I send someone to do it on my behalf if I am not in the country? dcitizen: |
Greetings to everyone, I recently purchased a piece of land in the Ikorodu area, and the only structure was just two shops. Prior before buying it, I asked for the bill, and the landlord told me the previous tenant registered for the metre and he had no knowledge about it or any information about it (which eventually was true). I purchased the land, built a house and renovated the shops and started the processing for the metre and all, that was when I found out that there was debt running into almost half a million on the property. I made enquiries on what to do, I got mixed messages from people, but right now there is a marketer assigned to the area saying I should pay him 100,00 Naira, that he will remove a 'disc' which will clear the debt on the account and it would not be found again the and I can get a new account to get the prepaid metre. I would like to ask if that is possible, or he is just stringing me along to get funds from me. Any advise will be appreciated. |
bjmotors200:10M CASH? |
occenachi:Bitcoin is illegal in china. |
KingT001:Yes, you can as long as you’ve a valid visa and a letter from your school noting they’re aware of your trip. |
dilodavid:Yes, the balance tallies with it. |
Any advice please. FNRF: |
Good day everyone! I am about to upload files on the TLS website, but my 6 months statements is voluminous. I was wondering if I could just use three months statements (180pages +) and state in my cover letter the reason why I used a three months statement was because of the 6 months statements was over 400 pages. Also, when going to the TLS would I have to go with all the applications I had submitted online as well? Thank you. |
ThePianoGuy:我加你的微信。 |
DMainMan:I should not include my bank statement, right? |
justwise:What kind of evidence would that be? I have included my father’s bank statement and mother’s tbills certificate with signed letters and copy of ID. |
No, foreign students can not. If I say I’m running a money exchange platform from Nigeria hence the reason of the huge funds coming in and out of my account would that work? I do not work illegally, I only do the money exchange thingy. I have thought about saying I buy goods and send back home from funds I have been able to save from the upkeep my parents monthly but my fear is I do not have waybills to prove that. I also intend to join my Nigerian bank statement to show that the influx of payments going in and out of my Nigerian account as well but I do not have any standing balance in it because I majorly use it to receive funds and sell it as soon as I see a buyer for it. justwise: |
Good day everyone! I have been following this thread for weeks now because I plan on applying for a UK tourist visa. I’m 25 years old and using a chinese student visa which is renewed yearly after tuition is paid. I visited South Korea last year and I also traveled to Japan (April) and France (September) this year. I have started the renewal of my residence permit and I’d like to apply for the UK tourist visa. I have gotten T-Bills certificate from my parents worth 10 million naira and also account balance of circa 1.5 million naira, C of O and a survey for another landed property all of which are scanned copies. I engage in a petty business which makes huge sums of amount going in and out of my account. I help people (Nigerians) who want to pay their chinese agents, hence the reason of inflow of huge sums in my chinese bank account. I filled in I have a personal savings which is equivalent to 1m naira. I’m at the crossroad now because I do not have proofs to show these transactions other than conversations with this people and naira sent to my Nigerian bank account. Also, my monthly expense I raised it to 130k which sometimes is possible. My monthly rent is 62k rmb and I have receipts for this, and I have utility bills of about 10k monthly which sums up to 72 rmb monthly. My feeding goes up to about 55k which is because I do not eat some certain things and part it is used for some miscellaneous expenses. I sponsor myself but just trying to use these documents with my parents name saying they’re sponsoring me with 1500 pounds flight, hotel and daily expenses for 9 days tourist visit. Here’s a break down of the 1500.00 Flight; 532 pounds Hotel; 460 pounds The remaining balance would be used for feeding and buying tickets for tourist sites. I can get letter from the school, also I’d like to ask if scanned copies of the T-Bills, statement, IDs and signed letters of my parents work? I’d like to know if this is a good shot or are there anything I should add. Thank you so much. |

Sincerely, I didn’t know it came with 2.5L. I assumed it has a 3.0 engine. We live, we learn. mammanbawa: |
It is reliable If you treat it right with one parts, recommended oil & etc and it’s a V6 sport package car, so fuel consumption is somewhat high. |
OP, you need a knock. This is just an everyday commuter in the township areas in China. There’s nothing luxurious about it. |
Be weary of All those people telling you to send them a message on WhatsApp. Ask them to post their merchandise on here, let everyone see. No go let them dagbo you o. basiekanem25: |
Did you read the part where he inherited two houses in ikorodu? What if his source of livelihood is on the island? If he can pay that amount annually, with two vehicles that means he makes enough to live comfortably. There’s nothing like misplaced priorities here. AmericanDad: |
