Mamas in the house,i hail o! You guys are doing such wonderful jobs.

So,i had a terribe sharp pain by my lower left side yesterday dat I had to be rushed to clinic by dh.i was quickly given injection to subside d pain.then we ran a pt test which was negative and a pelvic scan test which showed a normal uterus and ovary,then a full count test which showed I had malaria and it was very high.i had no symptoms o.

I was very dissatisfied with d pelvic test,my mum kept questioning the operator and den he said we cld confirm why not had so much unbearable pain thru tvs and he did it for free for us.

To cut d long story short...he said I had too many eggs that don't reach maturation.that I don't ovulate.that a woman is suppose to have one or two eggs in the ovary during ovulation.he said my own eggs are fyting for space so becos of that they don't get big enof to burst.infact I didn't understand his terms.he conclude that I had pcos.i was shocked to my marrows.ive never had pcos symptoms.
I've always had plenty egg white cervical mucus every cycle and it occurs same time every evry cycle.im bothered.

I don't ovulate yet I hav very thick drawy mucus that last 5 days evry cycle which was only a mirage deceiving me dt I ovulate every month.

Yes you can. Fish Oil is just oil extracted from deep sea fishes which is rich in nutrients like Omega 3. It will just be like eating fish so I believe it won't interact negatively with clomid. Am praying you return with a bfp since it seems that Ovulation issue is the only issue you have. Clomid has several days you can start depending on the result needed. So yes clomid can be started on day 2,3,5 and taken normally for 5days but some Drs do extended clomid cycle and patients take it for more than 5days. Follow your Drs instruction and stick to the most popular 5days if that's what he advised. I think one of the days increases chances of multiple eggs while one of the days will provide one egg that will be very good and solid. Take care.

and I can bet u those with polycystic ovarian syndrome will not ovulate and will not have cervical mucus all things been equal if a lady do not have adequate cervical mucus during ovulation ( which is even one way of determining ovulation) she will never I say never ovulate the cervical mucus largely depends on hormones especially follicle stimulating hormones leutinizing hormones and progesterone. No cervical mucus see a doctor and treat the underlying disorder.

Gudmoning mamas in d house, have not bin here in a while congrats to d preg mums may u all bring forth healthy babies. am here to rant cos am depressed and wonder why God has remained silent. was diagnosed with bilateral hydrosalpinx and fibroid have used 2 packs of guifeibao and 2 bottles of ACV and BSM with lots of prayers and recently concluded 21 days fasting. hmmmm my God where is ur face? I went for a repeat hsg scan with all faith that my tubes will be opened but rather got another report of uterine adhesion coupled with the hydrosalpinx in my fallopian tubes, God what will I do now? my marriage will be 5yrs next month. honestly am at a crossed road I don't know what else to do.plz mamas what else do I need to do , what do you advise, my Gynae is talking of removing the tubes and Ivf. I don't want to spoil the present good mood on this thread but I need advice from you mamas. I've been viewing this thread for a while now and I prayed I won't have to register officially, but I need som1 to talk to. I'm getting married next month and dh and I have been ttc for 4 months now, although he's just telling me not to stress myself that a baby will come at the right time but I'm scared. For 4 years now we've been having intercourse but we never plan to have a baby b4 wedding, so I thought dh was very good at using cds. But now I can't help but think dat I might have been ttc for longer than I thought. Last cycle at ovulation day, during and immediately after intercourse I started having this severe stomach pain, I was weak and couldn't walk, dh was crying lik a baby, he thought I was dying. Lol. I would have gone to see a doctor but people are saying I should wait for 6 months. I'm sad cause I'm just 22 and I've never been pregnant before as my dh is the only one I've ever slept with. How can I be having ttc issues at thus age, I wish I started trying before my introduction last year, pls help the baby of the house. I can't even focus on my upcoming wedding.

Morning house, i have gone for the dreaded HSG oooo. i felt more of discomfort than pain. i was lucky to have the lab owner perform the procedure. he was gentle n engaged me in conversation which made me feel relaxed. he said i had scaring at the tip of the uterus but the tubes are patent. he had to cut off the scar so as to allow the dye pass through. other than that, he said i am okay. i will go for the result today and update you guys. i dnt know where this positive feeling is coming from but i feel that since the doorman has been cut off, make swimmers begin flow. hubby go hear am tonight. o ma fee ku laleyi, maa tesojue laleyi. make i dey warm up.

Foe123 I see why you are anxious. If something went wrong during the last one im sure (at least I hope) the Dr would have mentioned it. The number of times a d&c is done is not the problem but how well it is done.

Goodkay I used to feel same thing.. But mine was more of a dull pelvic pain....I dint bother about it but like you I used to think it was implantation cramps. You probably should not worry about it.
But after your d&c did you do a hormonal profile to check prolactin levels? Do you have discharge from your breasts?

I was quite upset when I saw your post to beegurl cos me too had already told you you were still on your honeymoon phase.

Unfortunately I cannot relate to how you feel right now with your dh putting pressure on you. Infact my own was the other way round. Dh and I planned to live the whole one year of our marriage by ourselves.. No family member, no kids. At the 1year mark, i started gingering and fretting and I ended up buying and taking all the drugs in the world. The one month I decided not to ttc was the month I got pregnant. That is why I implored you to take the necessary drugs for the what you were diagnosed of and RELAX!!!!!

On your dh digging into your past, if you have nothing to hide and by hide i mean a catastrophic abortion that spoilt something....(i know someone that did quite a lot of abortions but is a happy mother today although she married same guy.) ,you should relax. In fact id advice that now he is just looking for who to blame you should not divulge that information if you have done one. If he asks, deny deny deny! Thats my own opinion sha.

Then both of you should go to the hospital and carry out tests, he needs to test his swimmers too. When he hears from the doctor that pcos/high prolactin is not as a result of assumed promiscuity, he would calm down.

Also note that most 23 year olds are still looking for boyfriends /finishing school/looking for work ....some are dead! Do not be an ingrate, God has blessed you. Always thank him for his grace in your life.
NB. Most of us here are above 30 so not being pregnant at 23 is not the end of the world.

He went ahead to ask his doctor friends about a lady having irregular menses, come and see theories, I was so furious chai. He was told I must have aborted that it is abortion that causes it. That's what they all told him(foolish Doctors) meanwhile I was already diagnosed with PCOS. come and see serious quarrel. I have never been pregnant not to talk of adding abortion to it. Tell him ur side of the story then explain what pcos is. Most importantly google pcos, and send him links to read up. BY THE WAY MADAM, U STILL DEY HONEYMOON PERIOD,
