After increment on fuel from 185 to the unregulated price, my gen hasn't been functioning. I can't fuel car and fuel Gen at the same time. How much is the salary? My car only move on Sundays, by monday mornings I remove the battery head. No time.

For proper design, 3d and animations, I would charge ₦200k as it's a bungalow but you won't regret, as getting a cheap design would mean spending much more money on construction and yet with less efficiency.

For proper design and design, 3d and animations, I would charge ₦200k as it's a bungalow but you won't regret, as getting a cheap design would mean spending much more money on construction and yet with less efficiency.

A few things to point out as an architect myself,

1. The living room windows placement would limit the efficiency of furniture arrangement.

2. The dining room is more or less lobby as it's the only area to access other living area

3. The kitchen is quite small and the efficiency is already limited by the placement of doors, there's something architects call traffic rule.

4. The store is not illuminated at all.

5. The supposed guest room having its access through the dining and opposite the kitchen is already assuming masters bedroom

6. None of the rooms except the supposed guest room has proper cross ventilation.

Summary: Kindly inform the architect to fix the furniture arrangement, you would see that there's more error than people are seeing with the placement of furniture.

Above all, I hope you've paid the architect because we sometimes commit these errors premeditated.

I just finished watching the movie.
Two things that didn't go well.

1. When Elesin Oba was in detention, he spoke Yoruba to the white man. The white man responded in English. There was no interpreter.
Did the Traditional Yoruba chiefs who did not have western education understand English?
Did the White men who came to Yorubaland during that time understand Yoruba?

2. Just before Elesin climbed the table to hang himself with the chains on his hands, the white and his guards saw him.
He climbed, wrapped the chain around his neck, pushed the table down and the white man and his guards were still struggling to open the cell lock.
Meanwhile, when Iyaloja arrived, it took the white man less than 5 seconds to open the lock.
Even if it took that long to open the lock, the time was too short for Elesin to have died.

Construction Duration Estimates
1.Building skeleton i.e to roofing level = 5 weeks

2. Finishings (plastering, electrical wiring, windows/doors, tilling, screening/painting, plumbing/electrical fittings)= 6 weeks

Total Duration= 11 weeks (Assuming constructed in dry season)

Cost Estimates
1. Building skeleton= N9.5m ( using stone coated roofing)

2. Finishings = N13.5m (using armoured doors for main entrances, Nigerian paneled casement windows, 60*60 Italian postlene tiles in major areas, Sweethome closed couple plumbing fittings with water heaters,etc)


Total= N23m ( Twenty three million Naira Only)
