Please I'm at a juncture where I know not what to do.

MY STORY
I got employed in one architectural firm last year October in Lagos (Mainland) where I earn 80k per month, I got the job through my Project Supervisor in school after he saw what I was capable of doing. After my service year, he then linked me up with this his friend who is also an architect in Lagos.

MY CONCERN
I am the one that set the office up and running, the equipment and other electronics were bought on my request.

He paid half of my rent, I manage the office; I mean every financial dealings comes through me. This man is just too nice to describe.

DILEMMA
In same office, we have a Quantity Surveyor whom one of his architects' client saw my prowess too, he was amazed and he tested me with an interior design which I did for him, he was so happy I made him win the project.

BONE OF CONTENTION
Now he's offering me 100k, befitting accommodation in Uyo, with transport allowance and here in Lagos I'm getting side jobs too that I always do that some months I made close to 40k aside from my 80k salary.

Please should I terminate my current employment and leave for the one at Uyo or stay here in Lagos?

In nothing less than 4 occasions...
