Please help. I recently hand registered a domain on namesilo and listed it on Dan.com as landing page. Initially if I try to open the address, it won't show on Dan.com but when I tried to list the second time, it showed. On checking it another time, it has disappeared from Dan.com and only showed free parking at namesilo. What could be wrong please? What is making it disappear from Dan.com as preferred landing page? Your contribution is very important please.

I had this happen to me once. Delete the third nameserver showing ns3. nsowl. Just leave it at ns1 and ns2

Please, who knows how long dynadot push takes? I've tried pushing a domain since 7pm yesterday and it's still in my account. Namesilo's is always automatic

Send him a BIN link from afternic/Godaddy.

The domain is under 60 days lock. Will I be able to transfer it? And how will I send him the BIN link? It was registered in dynadot.

I just researched about it now and they said the domain has to be 60 days old. So, that's not an option. Thanks, though.

Please, how should I approach this enduser?

He asked how he was supposed to know if I'm the owner of the name and I redirected the name to his website and asked him to click on it. He did and he said, "Nice, but I think I'll have to pass on this."

When I asked him why, he said he's just not comfortable with the transaction. I told him that it isn't a one on one transaction. That if he decides to buy, dan/ com will be his main point of contact and will be the escrow. And he should check their reviews online. Since then, he has not said a peep.

How best should I approach him again? This happened since Sunday.

HT: 2 days, but buyer took almost two weeks to pay. Probably would have sold it for more had I known about putting it back on the marketplace. Or Not. Who knows?

Go to your sales activity, click on the domain. When it opens scroll to edit and change it from sold to not sold.
You can then continue with your outbound while waiting for buyer to pay

How do you know that Dan send reminders cos I want to import a lead on one of my domain too?

They tell you noni. And even send you a mail that, "A payment reminder has been sent to so so.""
When I asked the account manager or something like that how many days interval they send the reminder, he said automated ones are send once a week and humans follow up after 48 hours so it doesn't feel like they're hassling them.

If she doesnt reply, ask the dan team to relist the domain for sale. Next time use the import lead option. I was negotiating with 3 buyers consecutively & sent them confirmation mails at different prices using that option. Guess what, The last one paid while the rest were playing mind games.

Give her some time. Drop something short like "Are you having issues paying for the domain name?" in a week time. Don't sound desperate.

In the meantime outbound to others or reach out to those that initially showed interest with a discount. You may end up selling it for more than the agreed price.

Thanks. I also would like to outbound to others, but the name is off Dan's marketplace. And what it's showing is "An agreement has been made on this domain. It's pending sale." So, it might look like I want to dupe them if I pitch it to other people. This one tire me o.

Please house, what should I do about this enduser? I accepted the offer she made but she's not paying. Dan already sent her reminder like 3 times and I already invested what little money I had thinking she'd pay soon.

Did you include price in your letter? If you did, tell her she should up her offer a bit closer to your asking price. If you didn't add price, tell her the amount you are considering to accept. Don't just let her go. She could be a potential buyer, at least she's curious.

You can wait for other suggestions too. But your responses/actions (2 & 3) aren't advised.
