We Nigerian are among the most religious people in the world, so why don't you move back here and see just how well-behaved and righteous we are? From my observation, less religious countries have lesser crime rate and armed conflicts

And for bank robbers. You would also go the same places ?
Those involved in heinous crimes disguise their a tions by appearing outwardly philanthropic and religious. Religion does not teach that and a lot of religious people have a moral compass.
No, but you wouldn't go around looking for atheists after a bank robbery.

Your argument is selfish and insincere. High-profile priests and self-acclaimed righteous Christians are turning out to be rapists, but we have to believe they're just pretending? Then why don't you accept similar arguments from Muslims that claim to be peaceful? Why don't you agree that atheists just happen to have bad eggs like Christians, Muslims, Asians, Blacks, etc?

We can go back and forth but religious people are least likely to be criminals. The west was built on Judeo Christianity values but still a patriarchal system.
Leftists are more likely to be paedophiles has been my submission for many years.
Whatever they accuse you of doing is exactly what they do, that has been established countless times here.
That's not true. Religious people have been causing problems around the world for centuries and they still do today. If someone told me to get pedophiles today, my first destination would be Muslim communities and churches.

I’ll edit my post to specify almajiri schools. That way we can focus on what the republicans are doing instead of debating about northern Nigeria. Thanks for correcting me
No need. I misunderstood your intention upon reading the first paragraph, given that people post so many crazy lies about northerners on this forum. It's not really a big deal.

You are still right on multiple fronts.

Western Education has never been prioritised up north which is why they may as well be what project 2025 is aiming for a society where a very very very large percentage of the population are uneducated and think in binary terms. It is also why to this day they rely on youth Corpers (who are not trained to be teachers) to fill some of the larger gaps.

Yes there are educated northerners but what percentage of the total population are they?
They are already there.
The argument was not about whether northerners go to school a lot or not, it's about what is taught to those that do go to schools.

I’m getting almajiri schools mixed up with standard northern schools. My apologies
I get your point now. Indeed, Almajiri schools and other Islamic schools have that problem. That's why it was so easy for Yusuf to gather so many followers and start a terrorist group. The republicans are following a similar path

Right. And then it can be run in the same pattern as the northerners in Nigeria run their education. No standardized curriculum. Gather the kids and teach them some religious leaders’ opinions as the fact of life. Remove anything from the curriculum that doesn’t support religious beliefs.

Revise history and teach them only the parts that conform to white nationalist ideals.
Like they are currently telling kids that slaves were paid and many enjoyed being brought from Africa to a civilized country.

Ridiculous
This is definitely not true. I honestly don't understand what you guys benefit by sharing such misinformation. Northern schools follow the curriculum just like every other region, but the issue is that they have less enrollment rate than others. Unless southern schools normalize homosexuality, which I strongly doubt, there's no difference between what students learn in the south and what northern students are taught.

Based on my observation, Muslims don't even get involved in what's taught in formal schools as they have their Islamiyyas where they indoctrinate kids with their agenda.

Are they also blaming we blacks and Arabs for the slave trade (while absolving the whites) out of ignorance? I followed their conversation today and I have followed their previous conversations over the last two years.

The only reason we cannot call these trio (Gbadebo19, Cancri, and Lawag3) “white-supremacists” is because they are not white. Imagine they were white. Would you accuse them of being ignorant or of being racists? You will likely call them racists and white supremacists. But you can’t do that now because they are black.

These people, for some reason, believe the white man is superior to us blacks. Even among the whites, they believe Americans are superior to Europeans and Europeans are superior to Eastern Europeans, particularly Russians.

They don’t care about any factual information. All they need is the one little one that proves their point and they will focus on it as if it represents the truth.

If 99 white men participated in slavery and one black man assisted them, they would focus on the black man and use that to claim we blacks were responsible for slavery. That isn’t ignorance. It is deceit and lies.
I've always known that Gadegbo is dumb but it seems like I've been giving him too much credit. He is actually brain-dead, just like Cancri. You don't have to like someone before you can acknowledge their positive sides.

I am not exaggerating oo. I honestly believe so. If the US can sustain the Vietnam war for over 20 years at a time when it wasn't the economic powerhouse of the world, I think it can do so for a war against its own self.
I am talking about the extremities of the extreme where government no longer cares about debt ratio, standard of living or whatever. In a war economy, government will not care about "rising cost" as you mentioned.
However, I know it won't come to that sha cos why spend such a very long time on conventional war when a single nuclear strike can simply do the do.
Who was the economic powerhouse of the world at that time? Please, shut up and stop embarrassing yourself already. Jeez

@ariesbull a million likes for your post. You've just summarized the whole and true premise for the special military operation. The West has a good way of painting narratives. I personally never knew about Zelensky's atrocities in Eastern Ukrain until 2022 when writer and others here enlightened us after the operation had begun. Not even once had I ever come across anything from BBC, my former favorite source, condemning it. They did the same thing with the Palestinian issue. If they're the right kind of victims, you can bomb them to extinction with no problem. They'll even justify it and call them terrorists or something.

I don't think china helped Vietnam at all. The soviet union did, but not china (from my recollection). Some people confuse the Vietnam war with the Korean war.

Vietnam has always had a beef with china.
Even I cannot remember reading anything like that, but I just assumed they might have offered a helping hand given the relative proximity between them. I didn't know they had problems

Just like your name suggests, you keep exhibiting different shades of Foolishness.
Vietnam war started around 1955 or so, American troops landed in 1965 after almost 10 years.
And you also hypocritically always leave out the fact that North Vietnam was supported by both China and the Soviet Union. You want your fellow brainless putards to believe the war was solely against Viet Cong and south Vietnam in conjunction with US forces.
Nobody is asking you how many years they spent fighting in Vietnam.

Now let's examine the support China and the USSR gave them. Can you tell us how many fighter jets, tanks, helicopters, and ships they gave to the Vietcong? We are talking about USA here. As at that time, China was a proper third world country with some degree of military might.

The Vietcong relied on tunnels and makeshift traps to outwit and chase out USA with all their billions of USD. Likewise, Taliban outwitted the USA even though they didn't have a single fighter jet grin grin grin

Dey play. You got no idea how much money flows in America. By the time they pull all their resources and enter a war economy mode, USA will sustain a war of nothing less than 50 years. Take Vietnam as an example.
Can Iran do same? Nope. Even Russia cannot. Only China can match that.
How much did it cost the Vietcong to withstand America's invasion and how much did it cost America to invade Vietnam? The problem with you people is that you don't think. Iran doesn't have to travel anywhere to defend Iran unlike USA that has an ocean to cross. How much did they spend to replace Taliban, a ragtag group of gworo-chewing insurgents with Taliban?

America in its current state (debt, inflation, internal divisions, etc) would go into an unprecedented economic depression should they attempt to invade Iran. The best they can do is to conduct airstrikes on Iranian territory and kill whoever they want but a full invasion without nukes is mission impossible. Go and read about Iran's geography. They have an even tougher terrain than Afghanistan.

Don't mind him abeg. It took Israel billions of free American dollars to destroy Gaza. At a point, they even ran out of iron dome projectiles to stop Hamas sewage pipe rockets. How on earth can any sane person call it a formidable military?

Amd if it wasn't for fear of America's bullying nature, countries would be lining up to buy Iranian weapons especially their cheap and reliable drones.

It is not that simple. The notes are not exclusively hers. CBN did not spend money to print them so that someone could destroy it. They printed it to ensure money circulation. Each of that 1 thousand notes could have gone through hundreds of hands but thanks to her alone, they're gone and it is a net loss for the country.

Sure, you can keep the notes for eternity if you wish, but there's something called 'terms of use' and she's violated that.

The answer is an emphatic YES!.. Na north boi I be and I want you to know that there is a low-key massacre of Christians in the north that you dont get to read on the news headline. What is the aim of boko haram in the first place? Well, if you know the answer, then I think you know how these things work.
Look, you guys need to slow down with your lies. A wace jaha kake a arewa? Kai dan wani gari ne

I have my reservations about Muslim northerners but let's tell ourselves the truth: Muslims are the biggest victims of both Boko Haram and bandits in Nigeria. Bandits almost exclusively target them in Kebbi, Zamfara, and Katsina. Even in Kaduna, you guys deliberately overlook the killing of Muslims in Birnin Gwari, Zaria Low Cost, Hay in Danbushiya, etc and focus only on Southern Kaduna. This is plain dishonesty and a desperate attempt to create a narrative.

Trump only has four years.

He will do more good than harm.
He will only do good for billionaires, bigots, and hard core Israel fans like yourself. Just read up on his policies and explain to me how they'll benefit an average American living paycheck-to-paycheck. It is said that 40% of American farmers are illegals receiving far less than the minimum wage. What do you think will happen to food prices after Trump bundles them all out and the farmers start employing indigenous labor? What do you think will happen after he imposes tariffs on China, Mexico, Canada, and Western Europe? Mind you, all these countries will retaliate. Some Canadians are already boycotting American goods and the state is looking towards further integration with EU.

The people cheering him now are doing it because he is targeting DEI, LGBTQ, illegal immigration, liberals, and a host of other woke nonsense but by the time they learn that America isn't so great when isolated and boycotted, it will be too late.
Just wait for the EU to kiss the Chinese ring.
