Stoplying: This conspiracy theory of linking theft of Nigerian oil to Russia 🤣 If there is one country which would not be stealing Nigerian oil, it is Russia. The oil is being stolen by Nigerian traditional pirates (ouyo pirates) and neighbouring collaborators with possible collaboration from corrupt government officials and western companies. Russia has zero presence in Nigerian oil industry. The "blame Russia" game is going too far here @ibime He is a typical pro-Western bot. Just about every continent is complaining about the dubiousness of Western corporations but his eyes are on Russia |

Allthelight: See how your post is filled with emotions....
Politics has nothing to do with emotions, by going to moscow what do they plan to achieve
Moscow can't pressure israel Moscow won't go to war with israel because of some palestinians (the palestinians has nothing to give ) Wohoa! Politics does have a lot to do with emotions, because humans are its drivers. Emotions only take the backstage when conflicts are at a tolerable level but once matters of life and death come in, logic gets thrown out of the window. I can cite dozens of examples for you. In fact, your beloved Israel is a good example. They are recalling ambassadors left and right over mere comments from state actors against their terrorism in Gaza. And let's look at the invasion itself. Do you seriously think all those high-yield, unguided bombs and white phosphorus are truly meant for Hamas? As for the purpose of their visit, you and I can never know whether it's symbolic or they plan to cook something behind the scenes. Stop being so shallow. |

Allthelight: instead building ties with the u.s they are visiting moscow...
Like i said palestinians dont have sense what do they hope moscow will do.
You see them going to south Africa, turkey and the rest... If egypt met the west to get back the sinai why not them. If you are wondering why most of Africa was so easily seized by Europeans, look no further. What kind of idiot would build ties with a country that has openly said Israel has no red lines in Gaza, a country that has been funding and encouraging your systematic murder and oppression for seven decades while protecting the perpetrators with their Veto privilege at the UN? You don't seek alliance with a mad man. Ask Neville Chamberlain |

Free speech in the West is a well-crafted illusion. Unlike most conventional dictatorships, you are free to attack politicians and choose who you want to rule you, but there are certain narratives you cannot say or question even if the constitution allows it. Expect other platforms to ban her soon.

Mille: It was the terrorist, war-monger and child-killer Obama that really opened my eyes to the sins of these people. How some people such as Nigerians, Libyans and now Palestinians are considered subhumans unlike the Ukrainians. Any stupid African country which has the West as its only allies and alienate other global powers is a fool.
In January 2014, GEJ resisted huge pressure from the West to legalize homosexuality and signed the anti-ABCD bill. What did Obama do? Banned Nigeria from Purchasing weapons either from the US or their Allies including the apartheid state of Israel citing human rights abuses (Why is the US not citing human rights abuses before donating weapons to Israel) .This coming at a time when Boko Haram was at its strongest. Mumu GEJ still believed in the West instead of running to alternate powers in Russia, China or Iran. The US then was posturing itself as leading the anti-terrorism charge in the Lake Chad region but in actual sense, were working against the Nigerian and Cameroonian government.
Boko Haram would go on to have a field day in 2014 as the Nigerian military were basically handicapped without weapons. They literally controlled so many local governments and captured Baga military base (headquarters of the Multinational Joint Task Force). Their most popular exploit then was the Chibok abduction of about 300 girls.
While Michelle Obama was supposedly leading the Bring Back Our Girls Movement, her husband, Barack Obama, was actively working against the Nigerian military in bringing them back. Imagine the hypocrisy
GEJ would resort to using arms dealers to try and get weapons. All electronic transfers to arms dealers were then seized. I remember the Nigerian government actually smuggled large amounts of cash in private jets to buy weapons in South Africa. What did the US government do again? Tipped the South African authorities of illegal cash into the country. This was not during Slavery. So I'm here hoping you'll be angry enough at the US for the thousands of Nigerian military personnels and civilians who lost their lives during these period. 276 Nigerian families never got their daughters back.
It was when the election was getting closer that GEJ decided to turn to Russia. GEJ would go on to lose the election. His successor, Buhari would start posturing to Russia and China. Hundreds of women would go on to be rescued, territories would be recaptured and Boko Haram chased back to the forests. So you see, you should be thanking Russia, if not perhaps your hometown would have been invaded and burnt to the ground, perhaps your sisters, daughters and mothers would be in Boko Haram Camp as trophy wives, including the disruptive female with hairy balls disturbing this thread. The US and their allies were ready to see you all burn to please their alphabet community. That's how worthless they see you all as Nigerians. This is very eye-opening. Thank you |

Compare the above with the copied paragraphs from LarrySun's story. What you'd notice is a gulf of imagination and skill.
The images misswrite paints in these short paragraphs are clear, powerful, evocative and stunningly beautiful. Her word play is top-notch and her prose is excellent.
This is how to write, folks. Stop celebrating mediocrity. Stop making bad writers think that they are hot shots. The second one does indeed sound better to the ears, but you need to understand that readers have different preferences. Someone like me would pick the first story over the second one if it has less fillers and a better story. The only deal breaker for me is excessive grammatical errors. I think it's important for people to stop trying to assume being some sort of authority with regards to what readers should or shouldn't enjoy. The ultimate goal of fiction writing is to entertain and if Larrysun is able to do that with his simplistic style, it shouldn't be anybody's business. People said the same thing about 50 Shades of Grey but till date, the author makes millions of dollars monthly from her "mediocre" books. Similarly, J.K Rawlings violates most of the traditional "rules" of writing such as avoiding exclamation marks, passive voices, adverbs, etc but because she entertained her readers, she's worth billions of dollars today. We write to satisfy our target audience and not English professors. 1 Like |

Jovi10: Person wey no sabi wetin he dey talk. His Russia hegemonic. Simple question. Russia didn't invade Ukraine because of trying to influence them, last I checked Ukraine was independent and does trade with anyone they like. A military alliance is what Russia does not want why. Russia has been attacked multiple times in times past and its only logical for russia to react in such way. I laughed really hard when I saw the illiterate trying to explain what hegemony means to me even though I never even mentioned the word in my post. I was talking about Western Europe's history of colonialism and genocide against the indigenous people of America, Canada, South Africa, and Australia. Russia only responds to threats and invitations from sovereign nations. I think only the USSR can be accurately called a hegemon. |

WrriterNg: ⚡UK Foreign Secretary Cameron says “to say that Israel has the intent to commit genocide is nonsense.”
"I think the South African action is wrong, I think it is unhelpful and I think it shouldn't be happening." The irony. Proven mass murderers think they get to decide what constitutes genocide and what doesn't. However, I'm not really surprised. Historically hawkish states who had taken colonies in the past are all rallying behind Israel while countries that have faced colonialism, apartheid, and illegal invasions are behind Israel. Criminals tend to think alike |

Jovi10: The world was not fully aware of things then. Social media has done a lot. People are doing more researches and also following events. Few years ago nations were scared to speak out against USA, now its different because everyone is following events. Nations are now voicing out, individuals are speaking up, even their own citizens are calling them out. The results of the failure of their influence is visible everywhere. Francophone African countries ousting france something they wouldn't dare do 2,3 to 5 years ago.
Finally trying to justify the killings of civilians in Gaza when Putin was accused of same crime. Israels civilian kill rate has dwarfed that which putin was accused of. This act alone will be the arrow that will hit their Achilles heel. Well said. Gone are those days when big media houses could easily fool the entire world with whatever they like. There's never been an era like this where billions of governments and citizens alike are seeing USA for what it truly is, and it will only get worse for them. |
