Shut up you animal! Let buhari face governance which has suddenly become rocket science of and leave critics alone.

Half the things that happen in Nigeria on a daily didn't happen pre 2015 but the fulani bandit and his horde of vile dissents wanted to burn the country to the ground. Now he wants everyone to keep quiet while the Country burns. See Op, both you and buhari are mad!

Intent is difficult to prove na bros

Proving it's peoples money not her gain is tricky

You know the justice system need prove beyond reasonable doubt
Yeah intent is difficult but doable my brother cheesy

Proving it's not her gain but people's money may not be easy but it's doable. It's a matter of modeling the business, checking inflow and outflow of all her accounts and the answer would be obvious.

Can you spend what you've not yet gained or earned?

The case lies on the prosecutor's canniness and smarts. Easy way to get her off the hook sha would be to compromise the prosecutors, so they handle the case carelessly. This particular strategy is in the EFCC's play book. grin cheesy

Mo where in Nigeria constitution is Ponzi a crime absolutely no where

The only thing they can hold her with is obtaining money by trick but that's not easy to prove

She would be charged , sent to prison for a few days , weeks or max 3 months ...granted bail and case would start ..
Ponzi is a fancy name, Obtaining by trick is the crime. Especially if it's proven that she had an express agreement with her victims, and instead used those funds for her personal activities.

There are also claims of fake alerts she sent... That should be a new charge, if it were in the US don't quite know about Nigeria.

It is indeed a crime. Except as you said, she put out a disclaimer. Sorry for her investors, but she should get a good lawyer. Many have walked!

Dont talk like an incorrigible fool.

If Osinbanjo were Igbo and decided to contest against another Tinubu as he has done, the whole country would have been blown up with bleatings about how Igbos hate themselves.

We dont have time for comments by nonentities about the Igbos.

We know who we are and the unmatchable strides we keep taking.

What was the percentage win? How was the win relevant when they managed to give buhari a constitutional spread despite low voters turn out?

Do you know the intrigues leading to the elections and how they worked against the ticket because Atiku "didn’t consult" with them before picking Obi as running mate? Some of these information are in the public space for even you to confirm.

But Igbo PDP presidential candidates, withdrew the interest and all are cueing behind Mr Peter Obi.
The same Igbo that do not love themselves, will contribute money, build market where 99% of shop owners will be Igbo without help from the government. Alaba and Trade fair for example.

If Suleman actually said this, shame on him.
No people are united in Nigeria more than ndị Igbo
Which igbo PDP candidates? The PDP SE has no consensus yet. Then may I remind you how governors from the SE all worked against the Atiku/Peter Obi ticket in 2019? One was from his home state and 3 were his party men.

Even now, your governors, fat man from Enugu and the other stupid pig from Abia are fighting against Peter Obi with all their might, for him not to get the PDP ticket, despite he being the best, Igbos have to present in the PDP.

Apostle said nothing but the truth. It may not be palatable, it may be taken out of context, but it's the truth! Another igbo man mostly, is the Igbo man's biggest enemy!

It's heartbreaking what they've done to this country.
The people I pity the most in all of thiis are the ordinary Niger delta people.

But what did Obi do in Anambra to merit our votes?
In what way did he turn Anambra around especially industrially? How is he different from Tinubu and the other thieves? Was his name not on a certain paper on offshore stashing away of money?
The response to your question is long o... Very long but follow this thread
https://twitter.com/anyaejijoy/status/1515223672327397376?s=21

There are more by the way.

Then about the Pandora propaganda, I really can't type it but there are numerous articles where he explained that and some renowned economists did too. Please try to find and read for a very broad view on the subject.

Note: those weren't stolen government monies but his personal monies he worked for and earned legitimately outside the country (he has chains of businesses outside Nigeria).

A general summary of his tenure as governor though is before his coming, Anambra was more of a pariah state, just as Nigeria is today. He worked and saved up the funds that would give Anambra a breath of life as it is.

In education, Anambra became number one because of his investment in education. This man equipped hospitals in Anambra and have always done his treatments and check up in Anambra. You can confirm for yourself.

Nigeria needs a president that can replicate what he did, plug waste and invest in education, health care and SMEs. During his time and upon leaving, Anambra had the best road network in the country. Communities were all linked by good roads. Despite all he did, upon leaving office, he managed to save over ₦75 billion in banks and over $500m in assets and investments for the state, despite reducing taxation on citizens and chasing off revenue thugs off the streets.

Ever asked yourself why 8 years after his tenure, he's never had any issues with the EFCC? It wasn't for lack of trying to nail him you must know. There is NOTHING to nail him with!

Maybe we could have a discussion maybe on zoom, if you need further explanation cos typing is hard for me lol

You can't simply dissociate Ekpa from ipob. I mean when mnk was free he charged his followers to listen to him and also appointed him to speak in radio biafra. How will you suddenly dismiss such a man. And this is a man who is well suited in Finland ,educated and a Politician there. He even has more credentials than MNK. DOS should have resolved whatever issue they had with him.
MNK obviously didn't know he would turn out this way. I won't even be surprised he was behind his recapture (far guess though) but if you've been around people for long, nothing surprises you.

The mindless people following him, are they dumb? It's obvious this man is fighting against the cause from within its ranks, yet they are blind to see it?

They say when an idol begins to misbehave, it's taken into the forest and shown the tree from whence it was carved. Blind followership is bad.

That MNK asked people to listen to him, doesn't rid them of their senses. It doesn't mean he can't be bought, as it's obvious now.

No matter what, problems IPOB main leadership have with Ekpa, that man should be dealt with. He's spilled igbo blood and given IPOB a bad name. Apologies, kissing and making up does not cut it.

Let them bring those BST to book and stop denying.
If they don't prove Nigerians wrong that they are not behind the killing then the blame will keep going to them.
Exactly! But when we say these things as they are, some uneducated IPOB thugs come at you with so much venom and bile.

I'm not an enemy of IPOB. Matter of fact, I support their cause but I've always insisted on not becoming what you hate. I am also against cutting off the nose to spite the face.

If any IPOB leadership is seeing this, they have to bring those people perpetrating evil in their name to book, else they'll continue to take the blame while the tag of "terrorist" sticks!

Let me tell you something you don't know.

biafra is a noble cause and igbos will always queue behind anyone with good intentions regarding that.
MNK today got the respect of igbos not because his personality but because of his stand on Biafra and his sacrifices.
we igbos know good intentions when we see one and also deceit when we see it.
for the past years this evil government have lunch attacks on mnk both physically and propaganda but non worked until they captured him.
now they've succeeded in their mission by implanting Simon Ekpa to cause division and make igbos turn against ipob.
ask yourself why everything Ekpa has done has always been anti igbo and against igbos.
you kill innocent igbos indiscriminately, slaughter armless paramilitaries (road safety and co) who are igbos too.
destroy igbos investments and properties, cause havoc in igboland under esn.
is this how esn operated during Kanu's time?
esn under Kanu focused on murderous fulani herdsmen and security personnel that assist them and igbos never complained.
I've here throw my support countless time.
esn under Kanu normally mount watch to protect villagers from fulani herdsmen.
but Ekpa boys (fake esn) keeps going about killing and abducting igbos and destroying igbos properties.
if igbos have turned their back on Kanu, they won't be observing sit at home every court sitting.
have you ever seen igbo leaders complain about that particular sit at home? (every court hearing) or do igbos complain?
what we don't want is Simon Ekpa and his murderous gang.
his plans have failed, he should go back to his fulani paymasters and tell them that igbos are very wise.
we'll start killing his boys soon.
and it's a matter of time before hand go touch am.
Very good! These are the type of takes from intelligent people. That Ekpa boy as is, isn't working for IPOB but against it in active connivance with some politicians of Northern and southeasterns extraction.

Reason I said IPOB are not doing enough to solve this problem. IPOB should have taken out Ekpa and his boys by now because everything he does, will always be in the name of IPOB.

So are you saying Ipob are not responsible for the killings going on in the east?
Even when there are statement and proofs?
"Main IPOB" may not be responsible, but the way it is, IPOB already has splinter cells and factions. People who were IPOB and have their ideology but are a more combative ones. These ones are being sponsored by politicians in the SE (I have an idea of one of such).

Probably led by a very delusional and stupid person, who thinks they can kill everyone into submission. Reason why IPOB keeps denying these. But at this point, they have to do a lot more than deny, before the people throw the baby away with the bath water!
Politics › Re: Igbos Don't Deserve Mnk And Ipob by Foolishbuhari: 6:59am On Apr 17, 2022
Simple questions:

1. Was ESN launched to tackle fulani herdsmen or to kill fellow Igbos?

Don't dare tell me that DSS hoax please because It's obvious those terrorists, going about killing unarmed igbos and destroying their businesses on Mondays and the ones going about shooting igbo voters and registration officers all stem from the IPOB ideology. They may be estranged from the "real IPOB" but it's part of IPOB which has outgrown them!

2. One time, during the mayhem that happened at Anambra before the elections, IPOB severally came to distance themselves from all that was going on. IPOB leadership also said they'd go after those people committing those atrocities in their name. They never did! Why didn’t they? It's easy to suspect the witch when she cried at night and the baby died at morning.

3. Let's even assume the perpetrators of these acts against fellow Igbos are usurpers, I dare say IPOB gave them fodder for their cannon. An outfit as the ESN was launched in the full glare of the world, and became an Ultimate target for a government with igbophobia.

Today, the average igbo young man is tagged ESN to justify extrajudicial killings by the authorities. Now I ask, was the public announcement worth it? Wasn't it best kept a secret while they operate in the bushes to route those terrorists hiding under the cloak of herding cattle?

4. Has IPOB done enough to curb the menace of these people acting in their authority?

5. Now that these fulani terrorists are beginning to grow balls again, isn't it time for the IPOB leadership to review their plans and strategy?

I know insults will follow and I don't even care. I'll really love to get logical answers to these. May we not fall to evil, amen.
