Other communities in Delta State suffers the same fate. Abbi in Ndokwa West Local Government is a typical example.Only a few people in Abbi are owning electricity bill with the records available but the BEDC keeps changing figures of the amount the community is owning.If you go to their office in Obiaruku they will give a figure.then visit Benin they will give a different figure, all outrageous.
