Perm also told Tayo to restrict telling his offensive jokes only once and that if he tells such jokes persistently then other housemates will have the impression that this dude (Tayo) derives pleasure in peoples misery.

Confrontation now over.

There seems to be another reigning slang in the house and it goes 'Where you wan go?' 'I wan go Lagos'

My homeboy Tayo repping.

Permithius be treating Tayos fork up.

'Make sure you think very well before you speak'

Amongst other things, he's revealing some deep sheet about himself. About how he dropped out of school @ grade ten to take up work as a security guard to support his mum and his younger siblings and also pay their fees thru school. That he sleeps in his boot overnight while on guard. Some really deep sheet.

To everyone condemning KC Moore and his relationship with Ella. In the first week, I thot I heard him tell some housemates about his wife giving him a blank cheque to do anything with any chic in the house.

Can anyone confirm this?

Regionalism first reared its head in during Big Brother Africa 3, the week Uti was up against Munya. It was championed by Zimbabweans in a bid to save Munya, and numerous countries bought into it. Uti was evicted by SADC countries, and so was Morris (the week he was up against Thami and Hazel, he was evicted by AO, BW, MW, NA, TZ, SA, ZM and ZW).
The plan worked; and with Morris' eviction, it signalled the end of the road for non-SADC's. South Africans were ecstatic about this, and went about singing about this new Southern African Solidarity... well... atleast until Munya, Tawana and Ricco turned on Thami and set him up for possible eviction alongside Hazel (the season's most boring housemate). South Africans learned, the hard way, that they were infact alone, as Thami was evicted by every single participating country that season except South Africa and ROA. 11-2. It was the most humiliating eviction that season.
The alliance pretty much fell apart, as Munya, Ricco and Tawana continued with their victimization of Hazel until the end.

During BBA Revolution, the female housemates, led by Paloma (Zambia), tried to hatch a plan that would see the male housemates evicted first; but Renee (Namibia) and Mzamo (Malawi) were having none of that, as they were more friendly to the bro's. The animosity followed that path. SADC couldn't unite there.

Regionalism existed way earlier than you thought. However, East African Solidarity kicked off during StarGame.
This is one murraforker that it's difficult to argue with cos he always got his facts and figures.

By the powers vested in me as the Assistant MOD of this thread, I hereby confer on you the title of NL RESIDENT CONSULTANT ON BIG BROTHER MATTERS.

. Totally agree with you but Biggie is all out to make money, and for that he has been bringing in people that are already known to some extent in their respective countries. I guess all stars opened his eyes to a FACT and that is “ready made stars, ready made fans and Voters" after the all stars, it was up ville where we have ready made musicians, models, comedians etc, d thing pay am die ,he then went ahead wit bombarding d house with models, beauty queens, musicians,DJ's in the chase. So the big guy himself has lost it;it's all buiz for him now. That na Y the thing don become either Denrele endorse her or Uti endorse him. U gats know persin wey go rally vote for you to enter that house now.
This is quite insightful. Thanks

no, I won't be. Because I know how SADC roles and that's exactly why Nigeria must boycott this show
Despite all these odds, I still think that if a housemate is exceptionally entertaining, it doesnt matter what region he is from, he can still win. It happened with Karen. BB amplified was the most boring BB season ever, Karen was exceptional and Africa voted her.

BB Hotshot is treading that path believe me. If Tayo keeps his head straight and somehow Idris gets evicted, I dont see any bargar that will stand in his way to getting the money. Regional or no regional voting.

Finally, Idris seems 2 av gotten over his heart break. He dropped a bomb when he stated: “I went for D wrong girl. I realize that she wanted someone with less yet I have more so I have to find my league.”

It may have taken eternity for him to realize that Goitse wasn’t into accepting his pleas but at least @ last he did n shared wit Biggie that he was now thinking with his head and not his heart.
Impressive!

I think the selection of countries for BBA is based on viewership . The organisers are also out to make money. I think the SADC countries are better than other regions wen it comes to viewership. In the whole of WA, i think its just Nigeria and Ghana. If only other WA countries can show more interest dat wuld hv made it even for the different regions. But if Nigeria decides to pull out, it will affect the show because we have the largest viewership in africa.
sierra Leone and Liberia would have made the list also but due to their ongoing battle against Ebola, SA isnt willing to take any chances. Thats why they were ruled out this season.

last year was Pokello a Zim socialite. Sulu brother of the Zam VP, Bev a video vixen, Melvin a GUS/Mr. Nigeria runner-up. Cleo, a famous rapper, Dillish and Maria, ex-beauty queens. Hakeem a model, Bassey an actor. Elikem a celeb tailor/actor, Feza a famous TZ musician, O'neal a DJ from Bots, Selly an ex-beauty queen, Angelo a dance instructor(that even tutored on MDA, a Nigerian family dance show).

These people aren't even famous, they're nobodies compared to the set last year, only Macky2 is famous here cuz I didn't know Tayo or Lillian before this show. The problem with the show is that they brought people who've watched the show too much and know the workings so much that they're playing TOO safe. Samantha and Ella brought un the Dillish strategy; Be nice to everyine, flirt with the guys and you will escape nominations. Idris brought in the scorned loverboy tactis; toast a babe and if she doesn't agree lose your mind and act up.

Butterphly said Tayo would never win even if fans love him, why? Cuz she knows the game is regional having studied under Pokello so the likes of she and Macky2 can sleep all day knowing SADC got them.....this all boils down to the fact that organisers made the show uneven
Absolutely true.

We talked about Big Bro fielding relatively known people as housemates last year and i personally suggested that I would like to see random and unknown people as housemates. Its cos of complexities like these.

@14,
I blame this years dull aura in the BB house to Esther and Lillian's early eviction. Imagine the house with this duo. I can guarantee it will not be this dull. The dull aura may still be linked with fielding housemates that play too safe cos of their marital or parental status and also cos they are oldies. Do you really think someone like butterphly or Sabina would fork in the house even if they wanted to? But imagine them in the house about 8 years ago still single and without kids, they will be much less restrained then if they want to fork in the house than now.

Summary:
Biggie should give us unknown, young and single housemates next year. They should be without kids and preferrably within the ages of 21 and 30. Its the juvenile delinquencies that makes this show click. Most of the housemates now are way past that phase in their lives. So what will anyone expect with the current housemateshuh?

Goitse's Diary Session

Sh'es fine and they are fine, they are still recovering from over ating they loved the pizza, they really had fun last night, chilled and then talked
About the extravaganza and teh teams: They are trying to digest their themes. she says that the teams were chosen in a good way
She feels that the HOH was a slept on this week as he might have figured who he wanted in his team
She says that she is fine tho a lil bit tired as she had Pizza and tomatoes and the tomatoes do something to her body tho she doesnt take medication
About Idris' punishment: She says that he deserved it tho she thinks he didnt learn from it as he is still Idris. He has a lot of pride and he cant admit his wrongs and apologise.
About her and Idris, she says that it will never work as he looks very stupid and if he wanted to talk to her , she could go straight to her and talk to her. She adds that she even told Sipe how she feels. She says that she still means what she said on Friday and she wont change a thing
How she'd tell Idris that she has had enough: She's look directly into his eyes and tell hims to stop what he's doing and that she's tell him to talk to her if he wants
Wetin dey worry dis one? I wish she could get three things clear:
1. She is the silly one here
2. As far as my homeboy is concerned, she doesn't even exist. Not in biggies house nor in the outside world
3. My boy has found true love with Ellah. So as far as my homeboy and I are concerned, she may request for cyanide and take. We could care less
