stonebridge: Bros the car cost arm and leg when it was bought. It was more than 2m. It is like buying a 2009 corolla now and reselling 4-5 yrs later.But if you get interest, call or whatsapp me lets compromise on a good price.

You are correct. As long as the federal govt recognizes the two certificates as equivalent. What will stop the HND holders from attaining any high positions as the BSC holders.

I am doing my ICAN now, so there is no where i cannot rise to the post of a perm sec. tomorrow.

I believed that HND and BSC are equivalent. Where I am working now we were two that was employed the same day. I have HND while the other guy got BSC and our salary is the same.(level 8 step 2) Federal govt regards the two certificates as equivalent but i do not know of private organization.
