The guy is telling the truth, that state is very poor, I did my nysc their... Most of the Ilorin indigene live in penury,,, the teachers in my school as a corporate earn 22k per month.... And a family of 7 will cook soup with just #500...i really pity that state... I ran after my nysc,,it might be hard to survive or make it big in that state as the op claimed

It's simple, if they can't pay it, we vote them out

We will vote all of them out next year...... They don't have to pay it, but they should be willing to pay the price for not paying it.

I don't know why NLC cannot start influencing it's member to vote them out next year if they cannot pay new minimum wage, even if they have to reduce their own fat allowances.. This should be trending on all social media now,, I am sure that's more of a threat to them than the proposed strike..

He will need to reach and convince the grassroots if he wants to win, and that will take time and packaged rice or money(which he doesn't have), I love the guy's agenda, but in a country so deep in corruption and poverty, it will be hard for someone like him to convince people with just "words".......Our veteran politician are using poverty and temporary salvation to control the grassroots and that's very deep... People like jagaban, saraki, etc..,..Only God will help us out of this mess.

Heartless people, the nass member,executives salaries and allowances will not cripple the economy, but the workers will... Anyway it's not their fault, it's the fault of the so called toothless NLC and other pressure groups who should have crippled the economy until all this fat salaries are cut, and make political post less lucrative.Stupid people with f9 and no nysc certificates...

State government have not proposed any amount ,likewise federal, labour proposed 65k while private sector proposed 25k......our so called govt are obviously busy preparing for 2019 elections.......
