nice write up....but the first 5 items listed above are outdated information's.....dnt waste ur money doin unnecessary photocopies.... u just need 4 copies at most...I.e if worst come to worst... everything now dat has to do wt registration is now online.....even passport...u need only 5..that is.. of worst come to worst.....ask ur successors now ooo ..provided u av served ur father's land.....i dnt mean any harm...I stand to b corrected..... even manual signing now at CDs is an outdated technique..since biometrics has been newly introduced
