Onitsha has always been a great city with wide and multiple lanes roads, unlike the glorified village that’s Owerri that almost all its roads are dilapidated except for Weatheral road which has for many decades been the only road in Owerri. Competent contractors are not all as expensive as Julius Berger......Craneburg is good and Arab contractors are cheaper than JB. There are certain roads you cannot give out to these 2 for a penny contractors Soludo is using! Soludo has lost 2 years fumbling with these quacks...he has 12 months to redeem himself!
