Something like that happened to me,I transferred N1000 from my account to my mobile money.
My account was debited but my mobile money wasnt credited.
I copied the transaction referrence number and time of the transaction.I waited,after about two hours I called customer care laid my complaint,provided all the necessary details.my money was refunded after about 6 hours,they even called me to confirm if I had seen the alert.I spent N150 sha.

My point is that,as you saw those notifications you should have called customer care immediately to freeze your account.

In fact, installed generating capacity is over 10,000 mw, out of which we distribute about 4,000 mw. Our problem is transmission/distribution, for which infrastructure is being built, including a new, multi-billion dollar supergrid. So it's pointless and a waste 'adding more generators' to make Zungeru produce 2 or 3,000 mw etc.. when the grid will probably struggle to distribute the 700 mw. Expansion of generation capacity must be done in tandem with expansion of transmission/distribution infrastructure. As transmission and distribution capacity improves, they can expand generated output by adding extra gens and turbines to the various hydro dams.
