Jobs/VacanciesRe: Chevron Test Format by Francescy: 3:08am On Sep 09, 2010
Holy God!

Someone is using my Username on this forum. When will Nigerians learn that these things are bad?

I am the original Francescy and I do not possess any copy of any Chevron past test. In fact, I have never written Chevron test in my life. Again, as you could see, the fake man put a Nigerian phone number in there, and I don't live in Nigeria.

Please, run away from him.

To the moderators, please, how did this happen? How can two different people have the same username on the same forum? It can only happen in Nigeria. I guess I will have to sign out permanently from nairaland.com. I am so unhappy about this.

Hi guys,

Please anyone got a response from Total for Treasury Officer yet? Or do you know anyone who did?

Many thanks as you help respond.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Total 2nd Phase Of Test In Ph by Francescy: 4:09pm On Aug 17, 2010
OMG, what does it take to generate a single email and send to all unsuccessful candidates, so that they can move one at once. This can only happen in Nigeria.

Good luck guys.

LOL

That sounds great. Have they now contacted you with the outcome of your interview?

I applied for Head of Service Centre. What position did you interview for? And please, no matter what positin you applied for, I would still want to know the questions you were asked. That would go a long way in assisting me.

Cheers.

Hi Olari,

How did your test go? I sincerely hope it went well. Mine is before the end of this month.

Please keep me posted.

Cheers.

Bolaf,

Why you go apply for 3 different jobs? Bros, you dey try sharp too much. I don't know if that is the reason but from my knowledge, I believe they wouldn't find it interesting that you applied for 3 positions. I sincerely hope you still get invited eventually, at least for 1. Please, next time, do not try that again, unless it is expressly stated that you can apply for more than one position.

What were the positions you applied for?

Cheers.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Stanbic Ibtc Bank Test by Francescy(op): 8:42pm On Jul 15, 2010
Bamkky,

Congrats. I guess I will be missing my test tomorrow because I am in London at the moment and all my efforts to get back to Naija before the test have proved abortive. Good luck with your interview.

Cheers.
CareerRe: Bankers' Forum by Francescy: 11:34am On Jul 14, 2010
Darayola,

Try applying to Diamond Bank Plc and First Bank Plc. But my guess is that you will have to approach someone at the branch in which you wish to do the IT. And that is where you will have to submit your CV. I hope this helps.

Good luck with your quest.

Cheers.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Total Calling by Francescy: 11:03am On Jul 14, 2010
Olari,

I do hope you are successful in the recruitment. And do not forget to let us know what form the test takes please. When are you writing the test? It appears you live in Abuja. I used to live in Abuja too before I left the country sha.

I applied for one of the Finance roles but I was told they are not attending to those yet.

Cheers.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Total Calling by Francescy: 10:34am On Jul 14, 2010
Hi Olari,

You will have to keep your receipt to claim the full amount of your return fare. In the event that you do not possess your tickets, they will pay you an amount they have decided upon by their own standard. As a matter of fact, having your ticket with you does not mean they will pay it in full if it is outrageous, because they know how much sir tickets cost between Abuja and PH. Again, do not go and stay in a big hotel believing they will pay you for staying in Hotel Presidential. Just stay in a moderate hotel, unless of course you are ready to supplement.

Now, my own question: What position did you apply for and what are you being tested for? Was your application made during the last massive openings in May?

Good luck with your test.

Cheers.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Stanbic Ibtc Bank Test by Francescy(op): 10:58pm On Jul 13, 2010
Chamber2,

I am sorry for responding late. Try mailing your CV to their careers email. You should be able to get that from the branch in the town where you are.Though I am not very confident they will respond to your email, but I am quite sure it will work over time. Again, I believe you can submit it online. Try doing the online stuff again tomorrow.

Cheers.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Stanbic Ibtc Bank Test by Francescy(op): 8:22pm On Jul 13, 2010
Chamber2,

Depends on if you have Banking experience and if you do, how many years? That will determine what and what you can apply for there. If there is no experience, then it will be better you just apply for the Teller role. But on a general note, I'll advice you apply for just one role.

Cheers.

Zumki,

Thanks for having so much time for my queries. Actually, I am not in Nigeria at the moment. Just trying to analyse my options, given my ambition.

chamber2,

What Zumki said is true oh. Na naija be that. Why not just drop them your CV on their careers page. I believe they will respond to your application. Just make sure that your CV is commanding enough. I did submit mine online like 6 weeks ago and they have called me now. I no know anybody there oh. No be God?

Zumki,

How long did it take them to get your result across to you? The test result that is.
