In Rumuomasi, woji, oginigba, Rumuobiokani, Rumuibekwe, Rumurolu, Rumuodara, all in Obio Akpor LGA, Elections have been rigged in favour of APC. One of the candidate for the HOA, Hon Martins Amaehule has condemned the massive rigging as all results sheets were fake and authentic result sheets been compiled at an unknown location by some APC chieftains.

1. Uphold the verdict of the Appeal court

2, Order a re-run in some LGA"s

As for Akwa Ibom state.
Based on the fact that both the tribunal and the Appeal court did not rely on the card reader for their respective judgements and for the fact that the Counsel to Udom has failed in his arguments to convince the panel of judges on his submissions and briefs.

The decision of the Appeal court will be upheld.

The few comments from the panel of judges before adoption lays credence to my claim.

However lets wait till final judgement as the panel of judges are presently in a short break to reconvene at 5;30pm.
