TravelRe: About Guyana, Caribbean Island, South America.. by frank94(m): 10:36pm On Sep 14, 2014
guyana is a good place, but not good for hussling or some one thats starting life,i dont know how many times i will tell you people to stay away from this countries that are still struggling to feed its hungry population, and look towards a place you can survive quick after studies .i ask a very good friend from guyana who is studying here in trinidad about this texila american university,he said its a new university back home at guyana which he doesnt know the extent of its acreditation.why not try other good country in carribean island for this perticular course, places like trinidad and tobago or bahamas and Guadalupe and Martinique.you can apply for some well recognised university in trinidad and tobago, which you can use the certificate and work all over the world, but to study here is expensive but after your studies you wont regret it because its a well to do country in this carribean island and also you will make your money x2 of what you spend during studies.but if you study in guyana and hear how much doctors or any medical line earn in trinidad or bahamas or guadalupe and martinique even other good places in this caribbean, you will be forced to leave guyana to rush their, which will not be easy for you.studying in guyana is the same with studying in nigeria, nigeria is even better if you can get in to UNN or UNilag and other good federal universities you wont regret it because the certificate is also strong outside nigeria im telling you the truth.if you insist you want to study medicine out side, try cuba or st lucia if you finish their, easy step to canada or usa even trinidad and other well to do carribean countries will employ you one time,i met some cuban doctors working in general hospital in port of spain.Think very well before you leap thats my own piece of advice grin

ukay2: ?.......pls am a healthworker that want to migrate to TT for work....what is the total cost implication....thanks...l
whats your line, doctor or nurse or mortician whats your specialisation in the health line.before you apply for visa make sure you have your work permit here done by the company inviting you and dully signed by the immigration and national security.if not, when you come here with social visit or tourist visa, they will deport you.But if you dont have work permit and was lucky to be here with tourist visa, you can go and apply for work at the port of spain general hospital.nigerian doctors and nurses over their can help you out.But it will take a little time.I will advice you to find some one that will help you out and apply for the job before you come here to avoid stress from immigration and national security. The total cost of comeing here without transit visa is 430 to 470k with EThiopian airline.with Emmirate airline no transit visa 480 to 500k.Then with transit visa to holland or uk or germany the cost is 330 to 380k with lufthansa or any other airline.Hope i have answerd your question.

dd25251: @frank94. I couldn't agree with you more that all that glitters is not gold. I feel sorry for many Africans that leave their home countries in such of a better future only to find themselves in a bad situation. The Caribbean is very small so unless you have good money or a good wife/husband from those parts, things will be tough. Africans tend to stand out everywhere so that makes it even easier for them to be located. Looking for a better future may also mean a bit of open-mindedness all concern. The Caribbean is great but some adjustments may be necessary if no money is available.
what did you mean that you could not agree with me that not all that glitters is gold?tell me,Nigerian alone is 70% richer than the whole of the Caribbean countries put together.quote"not all that glitters is gold, hope you understand my English very well.Because if you don't,i will explicit more to your own understanding ;Nigerians especially the less educated ones are easily deceived by agents, telling them their is gold and honey and even pluck money on the trees to a so called country he is about to procure visa for.But the client wont know that Nigeria is 100% far more better than the country he is about to waste his money and his precious time and also regret so much on,A case study Nigerians in Bolivia and other useless places in the name of abroad. Some are deceived with what they see on the Television the beauty of streets and all that, but when they get their the reverse will be the case. They end up living in the bush"unbearable living condition"(interior part of the country) in the said country they saw on television with no money and hard labour to feed. Some are deceived by their friends hips"i made so much money in Malaysia see ma Range sports car"when the friend get to Malaysia with him after spending money on visa and ticket to see and get that thing which glitters like gold when they were back home,he end up getting nothing instead suffering.please i warn every one that have intention of studying in guyana to keep his or her money back in the pocket, its far more better you study in ghana than in guyana or you study in trinidad and tobago, bahamas or other good places you can survive after studies not guyanaooooo.Dont say i did not warn you,had i known is mr late. grin grin

For the one that want info about suriname, make sure your girl friend is at the airport waiting for you the day your flight will touch down at suriname airport, because the immigration their wont laugh with you with that your green passport at the point of entry.Even with your invitation they can still deport you at the point of entry unless your girl is their to speak on your behalf .make sure you have your paid hotel booking not reservation. For your flight grin hmmmm no be small thingoo cheesy with ethiopian airline no transit visa,it will take you 2 to 3 days to suriname and will cost you 430k to 480k,because you will change flight in brazil that will take you to suriname.ET only stop in brazil then you connect with copa airline. With emmirate it will cost you 500k to 600k depends on the flight agent you meet. Then emmirate stops at brazil also and you connect with copa air line the same with SA airline. For transit in uk,holland and germany to suriname, you need transit visa and the flight ticket is around 350 to 380k depends on the time of your travel and agent you meet. But i will still advice you, stay back in nigeria carribbean women are not ones you can rely on,im here and i know how things work.if its europe i will advice you to go,atleast if anything home is near.A lot of nigerians are stranded in the carribbean and latin american countries no money to feed talk of flight ticket home 100 of nigerians are in the immigration camp in trinidad and tobago no money for ticket back home, even the ones that spend 2 to 3 hours on water just to cross over from latin america to the carribean and thinking things will be alright, but when they get to the carribean they meet the worst.immigration and border officails in good carribean countries does not laugh with nigerians and africans.Soon i will move back to nigeria and open a forum about traveling.Nigerians should be enlightened about traveling not all that glitters is gold.be warned use your money and start a good business that will benefit you and your family in future grin grin

TravelRe: Nigerians In Jamaica by frank94(m): 2:05pm On Aug 05, 2014
@ onatisi check your words very well, did i hear you say its only trinidad and tobago is the best in the caribbean.your statement have shown that you are not even in any of the caribbean islands, thats why some people are misguided in this place.im currently living in one of the carribean islands and i strongly tell you that the best country in the caribbean islands is bahamas 2nd is guadeloupe and martinique although they are under french colony and you can only visit or go their with schengen visa, because its a schengen country withing the caribbean islands and its highly developed in the caribbean. Then 3rd is trinidad and tobago 4th is suriname,i recommend this countries for any nigerian that wants to travel to the caribbean islands because they have nice economy. But make sure you have enough PTA and also paid hotel room with invitation letter of some one thats inviting you before you can get in any of this country mentioned because their immigration at the port of entry is to tough and hard, dont say i did not tell you when you will get deported without getting all this documents and you pay 460k and jumb inside the plane and spend 2 to 3 days on the air and get deported at the point of entry.Be warned grin grin grin
onatisi: the only good place in the carribeans is trinidad but the visa is hard and they deport like no man business. The best time to go is in january when they usually have their carnival , apart from there almost all the other carribeans have nothing to offer

when will you people listen to advice, why do you want to suffer till you die,why do you want to miss your loved ones for many years and why do you want to live like animal, nigeria is 1million times better than jamaica, jamaica and guyanese are all over the islands searching for good life, until you go their and start crying what you have done to your self.Dont say i did not warn you,use that you 400k you would use for flight ticket and start a good business back home.carribbean islands except trinidad and tobago with bahamas which is very hard, more than usa to enter even if you have the visa, and also south american is a dead zone.be warned never you venture to the land of no return this my advise as a nigerian and as a brother that loves you so muchgrin grin grin

Im living in one of the carribean islands, seems you are too desperate to leave nigeria.forget any travel to south america and the caribbean islands, except if you can get to bahamas or trinidad and tobago, but this two you cant make it because its too hard to enter even with your visa.i wont advice you again,a lot of nigerians are stranded in venuezela and other latin american countries no money to feed or to fly back home.i would rather advice you to start up business back home than to waste 300 to 400k that you are flying to south america or carribean islands to suffer like others who are their now.thank your god that im here to advice you.if you still insist you want to travel, look towards usa, canada, australia,(dubia, quartar with work permit),japan, south korea and the schengen zone in europe.if you need any more advice contact me with jackhompton@yahoo.com grin

;Dbro do you know were you want to go grin do you know the cost of flight ticket from nigeria to that place grin the only advice i can give you is to ask your self this question whether you are willing to leave home for many years without going back.suriname is not in north america, uk ooo asia or middle east you can go and come back quick, its in one of the carribean islands upper north from other carribean islands colonised by spain and holland.its better you make a very good research and decide for your self.that money you will use for flight ticket to suriname its better you invest it in nigeria than to fly out side the country and suffer.you wont understand till you make the move.i rest my case grin grin grin

Originalslay or what ever you call your self, stop deceiving people here,be specific say what you know that's realistic,.for the one that need info about guyana, its one of the poor countries in south america which the citizens are running away for greener pastures.I have 3 guyanese friends they tell me many things about their country, although you can study their, but that place is not good for a first time traveller.you can tell your girl friend to send you a cable visa from their or invitation letter signed by the immigration authorities with her I D,you are good to go.just go and seek transit visa from uk or better if you have 500k you just go to SA airline or Ethiopain airline and book your flight,it will take you 3days you will be in guyana.but if you can get british or german or spainish transit visa the flight ticket will be around 370k or 400k.but I prefer you go to another country than guyana please,I don't like to see my fellow niger taking the wrong step.hope you think twice.have a nice day.

That's very good that you got the visa congrats.but it does not end.all this I will list for you,you have to provide it or make sure you will get it before you pay for your flight ticket.because without that, they will deport you when you come here.1 have you paid for your hotel for 3 nights 2,hope you have PTA of 2500 or 3000usd 3,do you have any one that will receive you at the airport when you come here.4 do you have any invitation to show the immigration that you are comeing to the country on this basis. If you can provide all this,I will give you the contact of how you will book your flight without transit visa and come here safely.but if you can't provide all this documents, please I beg you, don't you ever pay for the flight ticket because definitely they must deport you back to nigeria with the next available flight when you come here. The immigration are realy harsh this days because of the influx of foreigners in this country asians, south americans and east europeans.have a nice day.
TravelRe: Travelling To Trinidad And Tobago by frank94(m): 1:01pm On Jan 03, 2014
You deported your self, most of the nigerians comeing to this country don't package their self very well, you know this people take us as economic migrant seeking for greener pasture all over the world.IN all this I will list, you must fall victim of one and that's why they deported you.1 cornfirm hotel booking paid for 3 or 4 nights not reservation.2 invitation letter from some one inviting you whether company or individual, because at the port of entry they must call the person to come and pick you up.3 enough PTA to show that you are genuie tourist if you are comeing with a tourist visa,4 return ticket which must not be more than 2 weeks 5 the way you speak with the immigration at the port of entery to convince them that you are comeing in to the country strictly for business or vacation.

Starting from 6th january I will go to the school and find out every details about the course whether an international student can do the course, because their are some courses here they don't allow foreingners to do,and also whether its a full time course,if its a part time course, you can't do it,because the immigration won't listen to you.hope you have enough money for tuition fee and accomodation, yes you can get night job,why studying, but the job can only take care of your feeding and accomodation.but the tuition fee you have to take care of that.
TravelRe: Socail Visit Visa To Trinindad And Tobago. by frank94(op): 12:40pm On Dec 31, 2013
The visa normaly takes 2 or 3weeks to process, for the bond its 21,000 TT dollars, which you can pay here when you come or you pay it in nigeria, and their are other ways to pay the bond which can be of help to you,if you don't have the 500k,I can't tell you everything here because this a social network. They have 3 universities here, university of west indies which Is the best university here. university of southern carribean and university of trinidad and tobago.their are other small colleges here some one can do nursing programme and technical education, like costact and triniveneuzeala.getting admission here at their university, you have to evaluate your o level certificate here, and make sure you have english and maths c6 and upwards, before you can apply for any of the school I mentioned.for the msc programme you will evaluate your 0 level and bsc certificate, before you will apply for admission and all is done here not in nigeria, but you have to send your weac or neco scratch card for them to be fast on the evaluation.for job,you can get menaul job all year round but now is the period for some one to get to job that will pay you well do to xmas newyear and carnival that's comeing soon.I will send you a mail when I'm free, because I'm fully occupied this time.have a nice day.
TravelRe: Socail Visit Visa To Trinindad And Tobago. by frank94(op): 4:06am On Dec 30, 2013
What i mean is for any one that wants to come here, should come on carnival time starting from january, because the person won't have much problem with the immigration at the port of entry, you just tell them you are comeing for carnival declare your PTA and show them you confirmed hotel booking which has being paid for 3nights,please any one coming here should pay for at least 3 or 4 nights at hilton or any other powerful hotel in port of spain, don't ever do reservation because you will be deported when you come here.if you have any other question concerning T and T ask and I will help you out.We nigerains are very wicked to our fellow nigerians, when I want to come to this country I know the useless advice I got from people here in nairaland,so deceitful and can make you loose hope of traveling out.I'm open to help any one that wants to come here with good intention the much I can, guide and help you on immigration processes accomodation and work, and also life here is not that easy, but man got to survive.
TravelRe: Socail Visit Visa To Trinindad And Tobago. by frank94(op): 1:03pm On Dec 29, 2013
For the one that want good info about trinidad and tobago,if you are comeing here with a social visit visa, make sure you make a good hotel reservation pay at atleast for 3 nights at the hotel, hold enough PTA starting frm 3tous usd to avoid problem with the immigration at piarco international airport.many nigerains have being deproted here do to they did not pacakge their self very well before they come here.many nigerian huslers are into security job here which pays them well,it depends on how many hours you do the job,the country is very good for those in health line.but I will advice any one comeing here to come on carnival time.accomodation here is very high, you can get one bedroom for 1200tt dollars which is 200usd.it depends on were you live, for me I was living at diego martin.I will talk more about the country when I come back from work I'm rushing now.
