My dear I have had experiences with a few, they will ask you to message but they will not respond. At least if someone presents an idea and you are not ok with, just say so but they just read and ignore. And later they start sending you broadcast messages. Lol
And about being scared, I believe there are measures he can take legally. And anyone who is for real would not be afraid of agreeing to his terms if it's cool with them.
