Hello,

I got a NSF, requesting I present documents explaining my study gap from 2007. The thing is I can't find my employment letters from 3 of the places I worked in the past.

What should I use? I only have a few bank statements showing inflow of my salaries. Also getting reference letters from these companies is very difficult now.

I am a bit confused on how to handle this, PLEASE HELP.

I recently participated in the Shell Recruitment Day exercise for experienced professionals. We were just few in number who are invited for it.

The thing is they collected photocopies of our credentials, our most current payslips, and passport photograph.

Does it mean we will be offered the job?
Has anyone attended Shell's recruitment day and submitted these documents?

I recently applied for a job and was successful in the interview. I Am about to go in for my documentation and sighting of the original copies of my certificates.

The problem is i was recently robbed at home and my credentials were among the things the thieves stole.

How do I complete my recruitment process now? How will I face the HR team of the company?

Am really confused, I need advice about this problem.

ii. www.psysoft.com say they dont assess new role in another organization only withing.
iii. why is maxrof.com way cheaper than other international psychometric testing centers and its extremely flexible. also, all correspondence are singly handled by 'Richard'
iv. where is the Handicap International office in Nigeria?

please, my passport will be expiring in March 2018, and i intend to enter the pool around February 2018. is it advisable i apply with a passport that is about to expire or should i renew it first and then enter the pool ?

I have a Msc., a PGD and obviously my first degree. I want to assess with my certificate(s) with WES, should I just assess only my Msc. or should I assess all the other certificates?

Once i hit top speed while driving the sound and feeling on the throttle disappears, it only returns when i start slowing down or coming to a stop. Also once i put on the air conditioner the sound heightens.

I feel the grinding sensation mainly on the accelerator when moving or stop. Also when I negotiate a turn either left or right , I get to feel metal struggle around my front suspension areas.

Recently I've changed the hubs, my tires are brand new.

My car is a Chevrolet Optra 2006, whenever i press down the accelerator pedal i feel some sensation of metal struggle on my legs. I get to feel groaning sounds from the front end coming from below the vehicle. This makes my driving not to be smooth as it used to be.

Please I need help in solving this problem. I want to have an idea what it is about so that these mechanics wont be doing guess work with my car.

Your stabilizer rubber is bad and also linkage arm. It happened to me too.
I changed both and am ok now.

do you work on Chevrolet Optra 2005? am trying to get the right engine belt number, that will last long and fit well. this one am using makes some whistling sound when i start the engine.
the one am using now is not strong anymore i doubt if its the correct size.

can you help me on what to do?
