My boredom was easier to manage when I was doing a little bit OK financially, now I am currently unemployed, being ravaged by boredom and thoughts of amoral things I could do to get money lingering on my mind. Thanks for contributing, it reminds me that there are still likeminds. I feel understood to an extent.

I have an health issue, I don't know what the problem is exactly even after running some medical tests, but the doctor hinted on infections and the kidney getting affected.

Some months ago my legs and body suddenly started swelling up, before this I have been experiencing excessive urination, followed by hard stools and fatigue. Before I got the money to run the tests, I looked up on the Internet what the problem could be.
There were lots of possible causes for the symptoms I was experiencing, however I found out that cutting out unnatural, junk and ultra processed foods and cutting down on salt were potential solutions for the swelling.

I started cooking with dried packaged curry masala or thyme, the swelling started to reduce. I later found out these herbs contain antibacterial and antifungal properties. They are also a natural diuretic and slight energy booster.
