what scripture did you use to avoid winning souls to your churchless lifestyle... MY BRODA-MAN.... you are living in self-righteous deceit.

I UNDERSTAND, THE TITHING STUFF, or even PASTORIAL ISSUES... cos of its usually politics but GOD, THE MOST HIGH GOD OF THE BIBLE DIDNT LEAD YOU DOWN THIS PATH... you lead yourself.

if you continue like this and make heaven, HELL will have to revisit many things and some people there will be made to enter heaven
This shows the level of your understanding. So I cant rebuke or scold you. Church going is an invention of the mind. It is not the activities in the church that is paramount but the nature of the MIND. The whole universe is the product of the mind. My Mind is at peace and function well while away from the church.

Testimony Time

In year 2006, I got engaged with my Church lady for marriage and we both deliberately concealed this affairs from everyone.

In 2007, few months to our wedding, we broke the conjugal news to our Senior Pastor. To our amazement the Pastor declined to our proposal. His assertion was that, we cant be compatible so he was not going to support the wedding nor give any consent.

At this juncture, we had already made up our minds. But when the Pastor observed that we were almost fixing date for wedding, he gave me backseat, ordered that I must not mount the pulpit since I refused to obey him.

That same year, I deceased from going to church. I even decided not to attend any church at all. And with this decision, I fixed wedding date but snubbed church activities. We went for REGISTRY and from there to RECEPTION. This act became the talk of the town that an Asst Pastor married outside the Church.

To the glory of God, the wedding was wonderful...take note without any Pastor's blessing. And since 2007 I and my wife stopped from going to any church instead.

The shock of the town emanated when my wife put to bed and we were blessed with a bouncing baby boy. The people expectation was where to get a Pastor to officiate for the 8th day christening. On this fateful day, I had blessed my baby Son as early as 5am by myself before the arrival of guests in the afternoon. As many guests who honoured the invitation, they only met party, wine and dine very surplus.

This same applicable during our second offspring because for the first five years of our marriage, none of us dared attended any church. That shows I married a woman of understanding, who ensured in the absence of church we had family devotion daily.

After the fifth year, I honourned my wife's plea for her to be attending a nearby church, but I made up my mind never to go to anychurch, even by mere invitation to any event.

11 years down the lane, no pastor's prophetic prayer, no tithe payment, no seed sowing, no fasting, no vigil and no deliverance and crusade. But all is well with my Soul and family.

God has been faithful to me. He sees the HEART and I ensure I remain holy in my little capacity. I no dey clubbing, no womanising, no alchohol, no bad peer and but a heart full of charity and hospitability.

Today, I look at the goodness of God in my family, with the gift of a marbelous house full of ✋ boys. I say THANK YOU GOD

Nairaland GeneralAnother Boundary Dispute War Looms: Ijebu Vs Osun by Freegift75(op): 10:03am On Dec 17, 2017

OPEN COMMUNIQUE TO THE IJEBU IGBO COUNCIL OF ELDERS

IJEBU-IGBO VS AYEDAADE BOUNDARY DISPUTE:
A Call To Avert The Looming War

Distinguished Elders,

It’s a pleasure reaching out to you again for the sake of our town, Ijebu Igbo. I'm advocating for effective and preventive strategies to curb the threat of war emanating from the neighbouring community, Ayedaade in Osun State.

Historically, it’s pertinent to know that our primitive forefathers were renowned warlords during their time. Especially during Kiriji and Danasungbo wars, Ijebu Igbo people played prominent roles that distinguished them in the comity of communities as Akinkanju Ninu Ogun. Subsequently, the generations thereafter inherited the gene of bravery in war. This craving remains in the blood until the civilization drastically eradicated the norms through religion and western education which equipped us with knowledge and understanding required to tackle any dispute, especially boundary dispute constructively to avoid violence.

Apparently, there is no gainsay to the fact that boundary dispute in Nigeria has been the most serious source of several crises or inter communal violence in Nigeria. This has become a nightmare for all concerned neighbours because those involved are often prepared to fight tooth and nail over the smallest strips of land. We still can’t eradicate the fact that this norm has erupted violent crisis periodically within some communities like Ife vs Modakeke and Ofa vs Erinle and many others. Boundary dispute between neighbours are wretched affairs, they cause miseries leading to costs which are often grossly disproportionate to the value being fought over, as many people will be displaced, lives lost, properties vandalized and economy affected.

Therefore, I make this clarion call to all Sons and Daughters of Ijebu Igbo all around the globe to be aware that another war looms right now if we fold our hands proving indifferently. The tension now is high in the volatile areas of Ijebu Igbo boundaries. The settlers at the boundary are being threatened by some usurpers and this dictates that an inter-community war may break any moment from now. I call on every one to join in constructive resolution to avert the impending mishaps that may plunge the town into another civil war.

Frankly speaking, I know it will baffle you to ascertain that about a month ago, 15 buses fully loaded with ammunitions, police, miscreants and others encroached into the boundary of Ijebu Igbo and invaded the territories of Gbokutaru area to cause mayhem that could lead to untold havocs, loss of lives and properties supposing Ijebu Igbo, the counterpart attempted to defend themselves tit-for-tat. The video evidence of this bastardized attitude which is available in the confine of the DSS office revealed that the invasion was mobilized by the neighboring community that shares boundary with Ijebu Igbo, on the mission to block the only access route that links to Dangote quarry station. An intervention into the crisis deeply revealed that the Certificate for Dangote to operate as the quarry was officially obtained from Osun State government, and the motive that instigated the invasion was to possess their land, by evicting the original owners.

The question from a sane mind is who conceded the Ijebu Igbo land to the authoritative ownership of the Osun State people?

In this course, further investigations revealed that some Baales of Ijebu Igbo villages around the border had been in the practice of paying royalties to the monarch of the neighboring community, Oba Ayedaade in Osun State. Their ignorant involvement of royalty payment had been frequent ever before the monarch celebrated his first coronation anniversary. It became more obvious that the Baales contributed into the success of the first anniversary in both cash and kind. And what eventually blew up the hidden practice was when Oba Ayedaade sent letter of appreciation to the Baales.

In appreciation, the monarch sent letter to the Baales, addressed them as Baales under Ayedaade community Osun State. Having read through the letter, they became overwhelmed by the usurpative tactic the monarch employed to subjugate them under his authority! Reading meaning to this letter triggered their non-complacent to the stealing by tricks approach of the Oba Ayedaade. The veil got broken when it became transparent that the Osun People are claiming all the land after the bridge as part of Osun State. This in swift reaction opted them to forward a petition in which they copied DPO, DSS and local Government Chairman, Ijebu Igbo.

Having received the petition, the director of DSS, Ijebu Igbo branch, Mr. Olarewaju swung into action by sending signal to the nearer director of DSS counterpart in Osun State to inquire about the crisis so as to establish the fact. It was during the process that Mr. Olarewaju got to ascertain that Dangote obtained the Certificate from Osun State, and the document signed as agreement with Dangote management in which the beneficiaries and signatories were exposed with first N250millions first payment involving two sectional Obas of Ijebu Igbo. (details from DSS Office).

But, sequel to the directive emanating from the Senate in October directing the National Boundary Commission to investigate boundary conflicts around the country and clearly delineate the boundaries to curb widespread crisis, Mr. Olarewaju of Ijebu Igbo DSS office summoned the parties involved in this matter, including the Baales to his office for amicable resolutions. Mr. Olarewaju requested the duplicate of the signed agreement from the Baales but they declined base on the assertion that the lead role player, one of the Sectional Obas involved must be on ground for such request to be granted. Even the gentle man contacted Ijebu North Local government Chairman to provide the boundary map which had been in the local government for several decades but just to hear that the map could not be found.

Unknowingly to the Baales that most of the hidden documents are already in the custody of the DSS, Mr. Olarewaju attempted to call the alleged sectional Oba involved on phone but all calls were not picked until he had to travel to Osun State where he implored the Oba Ayedaade to call the alleged Oba in his presence. That was how Olarewaju was able to establish the fact that some Aboriginal indigenes of Ijebu Igbo conceded the land from the bridge, including all the villages to the authority of Osun State.

What an absurdity! Ever since the scenario, the alleged monarch had jet out of the country until about few days ago when he returned because of some people who have come again to purchase another 25,000 acres of land in Ijebu Igbo. You should know what it involves!

Distinguished elders, the tension is high presently as the Osun people are mobilizing to invade the village again, claiming that the river is the boundary of Osun State and Ogun State. I can’t divulge all the secrets here in the open, I appeal that the elders should wage into the crisis constructively for peace resolution. The office of DSS is cordially open for verification and the support of the whole town is utmost needed.

Federal government can’t make mistake in its dispositions. This case is very simple to handle only because the Oba Ayedaade is trying to play on the intelligence of Ijebu Igbo Elite simply because the Orimolusi throne is vacant. And it is time to prove that Ijebu Igbo is endowed with immeasurable intellectual resources to handle this constructively. It is time to boost the prestige of our town, displaying a measure of maturity in handling issues like this, unlike those who mobilized 15 buses fully loaded with arms in preparation to fight war.

However, more to this is that, Osun State was carved out of the old Oyo State and some available questions which the answers would be advantageous to buttress the rightful ownership of the areas include:

Timber Permit: Which State has been collecting revenues and permits over all the trees fell all around the areas? Ogun State

Primary Schools: There are schools at these areas, who controls, manages, posts teachers and pays salaries to them? Ogun State

Health Post: Under which jurisdiction do all the health clinics there belong? And who pays the salaries of the staff? Ogun State

National Population Commission: During the census, which State conducted the exercise at these areas? Ogun

Election: During the election, which local government Authority conducted the exercise? Ijebu North

WHY SHOULD THE CERTIFICATE TO OPERATE ON OGUN LAND BE ACQUIRED FROM OSUN? (Details of the game played are with DSS)

Distinguished Elders, this case is very simple to handle. We should not wait until it escalates into war before making move. The villagers are living in fear, their lives and properties are not save and their hope is reposed on the Elite. Please, the time is now. The DSS Office in Ijebu Igbo is open to all to verify this fact as lots of documents and video available as evidence. The director of DSS office, Mr. Olarewaju requests the attention of the town Elders to intervene in the dispute, so as to make hay while the sun shines.

I’m so optimistic that the insult emanating from the neighbouring community is as a result of the vacant Orimolusi.

BusinessShould Nigerian Government Be Blamed For Cement Hike Price? by Freegift75(op): 9:58am On Sep 02, 2017
Since inception of democracy in 1999 in Nigeria, one sector that keeps maltreating Nigerians is the Cement industry. Obasanjo, Yaradua, Jonathan and the current Buhari have neglected the consideration of ordinary Nigerians in price control.

Sometimes last year, a cement company in Nigeria approached Ghana to market its product. The reports came out that the products were asked to be placed on condition of price control by the country's regulation body before it could be accepted. Eventually, it was rejected...!
But in Nigeria adverse is the case.

in 1979, my father laid his building foundation and he bought a bag of cement at N4:50k. In that same year one Dollar was exchanged at 80kobo.

In 2013, I laid my own building foundation and I bought a bag of cement at N1,300 while one dollar was also exchanged for N155

In 2016, I laid another building foundation and I bought a bag of cement at N1750 while one dollar was exchanged for N450.

This year 2017, a bag of cement is sold for N2,700 while one dollar is exchanged for N360.

Pls what I don't understand is that,

what determines the price of the cement?
Who should be blamed?
What is the way out?

Pls professionals in the house should educate us

President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with all the 36 State Governors.

A tweet on the Presidency’s official twitter handle says the meeting is holding at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

“President @MBuhari is meeting with the 36 State
Governors this afternoon, at the State House,” the tweet reads.

Buhari had earlier met with the leadership of the
Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Acknowledging the presence of the opposition, Buhari said it does not mean “hostility, enmity or antagonism. Democracy needs opposition, one which is vibrant but responsible.”

Your 10th characteristic is too funny. Lol. But that is actually "disrespect for the currency". Respect for money shows in how you invest and multiply it. I guess we're still making the same point. Lol.

I must add another characteristic here:

11. FINANCIAL EDUCATION: Poor people do not take their financial education seriously. They ignore books like Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, Billionaire in Training by Bradley Sugars and other such books which would prepare/equip/guide them to riches.

Woman Cries Out After Her N24.7million was
Traced to Redeemed Christian Church of God
Account

A Nigerian woman has accused the Redeemed Christian Church of God of fraud after her N24.7 million was traced to the church.

A Nigerian woman by name, Emilia Ohwovoriole has
cried out for help after a member of the Redeemed
Christian of God duped her over N100 million and
transfered the money to the church headquarters.

The woman who took to social media narrated that after writing different petitions to RCCG for her money, it has led to one of the business partners committing suicide yet the church has refused to released N24.7 million traced to its account.

She wrote:
"I was defrauded by a member of the Redeemed
Christian Church of God of over 100m. 24.7million was traced to the church account, the man sent the said amount to the church in a week which is questionable.

He also bought them 18 seater brand new Hiace bus. The suspect confessed verbally at the police station asking the pastor to help refund the money back. The pastor who confessed at the police station that the money was sent to redeem headquarters. The police have written to the headquarters to refund the money which can't be kept cos it's proceed of fraud.

But, the church headquarters have refused to refund the money after series of letter has been written to them by the police. If a church cannot be sober for accepting proceeds of fraud by returning the money, then where are we heading to? Judgement of God shall surely begin from the church. They will be embarrassed when the time comes. Pls share till it gets to Pastor Adeboye.

Redeemed Christian Church of God makes 9billion
monthly, 24.7million is nothing to them. Someone
committed suicide cos of the money already. I won't
stop till I get justice.

Pastor Mofonaya, who is a pastor in Redeemed Christian Church of God started threatening the police that he 'll make them lose their job if they keep pushing. This post is for justice. #redeempaymemymoney.

If you really want a better Nigeria and you also stand for justice you'll help repost my previous posts. Copy of the petition you can see my name on it.... #redeempaymemymoney." (sic)

Sometimes last year, a Lagos based self-acclaimed pastor shared his prophetic revelation towards the popular Nollywood actress Funke Akindele, that she can never have children of her own.

Also about three years ago, a Nigerian prophet claimed that God had exposed Funke Akindele to him, he said the actress sacrificed her WOMB for fame and prosperity.

www.punchng.com/you-cant-have-children-pastor-prophesies-to-funke-akindele/
But the woman in question displayed a measure of maturity and prudence as she did not reply anyone of them.

To the glory of God, it has been confirmed that Funke Akindele is pregnant, even with twins.

This is an indication that we must be careful of all these fake prophets, prophecying evil in the name of Jesus.

We pray that FUNKE Shall deliver successfully in the powerful name of her CREATOR.

Funke will bear more children
Funke will not die young
Funke will not bury her children

POOR PEOPLE ALWAYS GO FOR MONEY RITUAL.
Nairaland GeneralThe 10 Characteristics Of A Poor Man by Freegift75(op): 10:12am On Aug 24, 2017
THE 10 CHARACTERISTICS OF A POOR MAN

A poor and unhappy man can be said to be a person who does not use the common sense principles of LEASE. Here are the characteristics of a poor man.
.
1.THOUGHTS: The poor man always think small forgetting that everything we see on earth the land, tree, moon, stars, the air are the products of the thought of God. If you think great you will do great things. “Small Thinking” is the root cause of poverty. As a man thinks so is he. God’s thoughts are so powerful that He thought of the star and the moon and spoke them into existence. Because of the power of His thoughts he did not need any labor to put them into existence. We should also remember that God created us in His image and decreed a lot of power into us.
.
2 UNBELIEF: The poor man is a chronic unbeliever. He does not believe in himself or in other people. The government or the economy. He does not even believe in God’s ability and willingness to provide for him.
.
3 OPINION: To the poor man money is evil. He thinks to be rich is sin. He thinks all rich men are crooks. He thinks riches bring trouble. He knows why it is not good to be rich. He even hates rich people.
.
4 SPEECH: The poor man speaks negative words, curses everyone and everything. He talks lack and want all the time. He will give you reason all the time why he cannot improve his situation. He will say all the time that “Nigeria don spoil” But the Lord says out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. With his mouth confession is made into perpetual poverty.
.
5 VISION: The poor man has no good plan for tomorrow. He has no provision for education, more income and even the training of his children. On a dark night he will see darkness only, whereas the rich man will notice any brilliant star in the dark.
.
6 ACTIVITY: The poor man is a loafer. When he works he does not do it well. He works hard instead of working smart and he remains at work for ever. He is always looking for fortune through pools, gambling and 419.
.
7 ASSOCIATION: His friends are birds of the same feather. They are found in poor places. Poor eating places, poor neighborhoods. There they smoke, drink and sometimes quarrel on the streets or with their wives or their neighbors. Many of them plan evil together such as robbery, rape and fraud.
.
8 FALSE LIVING: Sometimes the poor man likes to talk and behave like a rich man. He buys food on credit and rides cars he cannot support or maintain. He also borrows dresses only the rich can wear. He is a name-dropper of uncles, friends, father and mother. He is usually fake.
.
9 QUITTER: He is always a quitter. He tries but always stop midway. Quitters never win.
.
10 MONEY: Poor men are riotous spenders. They have no respect for money. Give them some money they will go wild. Wives, women, weed, gambling and liquor will snatch the money from them. Even the way they squeeze money is unbelievable. Have you ever seen how taxi drivers and petty traders handle money? They squeeze, rumple and tear money like rags. If you are money will you like to come back to them? Money usually rejects those who have no respect for it.

Post from Teslim Giwa

ALLEGED MONEY INSIDE COFFIN : AYODELE FAYOSE
EXPOSED HIMSELF.

The vituperations of the Ekiti state governor, Ayodele Fayose, by his media aid, Lere Olauinka in his renewed MEDIA WAR against the person of his bosom friend and former sacked chairman of Osun State PDP, Olasoji Adagunodo has exposed possible hidden facts about how Fayose went into oath taking and several inside-coffin night vigils he observed at Ijebu-Igbo, country home of Senator Buruji Kashamu before he took about 2.5 billion Naira from him for his election in 2014.

According to Fayose who alleged that Adagunodo took N25m from Senator Buruji Kashamu, it means that the first time Fayose went to the Ogun State born politician, with only N2,000 left in his pocket and the man gave him $20,000 US dollars upon receipt of which he said he knelt down at the feet of Buruji inside his toilet thanking him for coming to his reacue, he must have slept inside a coffin in the toilet where the man gave him $20,000 and he must have taken oath inside the toilet.

It will be recalled that Fayose, while dealing verbally with former President Olusegun Obasanjo said "there was no leader like Buruji Kashamu who can give a fellow politician from far away Ekiti State N10m weekly from the day he (Fayose) announced his intention to contest Ekiti State Governorship election until when the campaign proper started and he was given a lump sum of N2.45billion to prosecute the election. Trailer loads of rice, tankers of kerosene and other food items which today gave Fayose the appellation of a governor of STOMACH INFRASTRUCTURE were other largesse given to him as assistance for the prosecution of that election.

Now the question is
(1) for the $20,000 first batch of money he took from Buruji, how many coffins did Fayose sleep in?
At that time $1 was exchanging for about N180 which means 180 x $20,000 = N3.6m + N10m weekly for about 26 weeks which was about N260m and lump sum of N2.45b.

(2) If we divide all these amount by N25m, how many times did Fayose take oaths inside coffins before Buruji Kashamu gave him all these money.

(3) Does Ayo Fayose want to tell us that he took that huge amount for free without sleeping inside coffins and how many times did he sleep inside coffins @N25m per oath and sleep inside coffin

(5) My candid advice for the Ekiti Emperor is that he
should go back to Buruji and ask for his forgiveness so that all the oaths of allegiance that he has broken will not start to catch up with him, A word is enough for the wise.

PoliticsA Key Lesson From Mauritanian: Senate To Be Abolished, claims Useless & costly by Freegift75(op): 12:55pm On Aug 07, 2017
If our President has good intention toward redeeming the nation from the brink of collapse, he must summon courage to follow suit, to emulate mauritanian President. we say no more Senate, its also USELESS and COSTLY

Mauritanians have voted to abolish the upper house of their parliament, the Senate, in a controversial referendum that was boycotted by the opposition.

The result is seen as a victory for President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz, who is accused by his rivals of trying to extend his mandate, which he denies.

He called the referendum after the Senate rejected his proposals to change the constitution.

Turnout was 53.73%, with 85% of voters supporting the change, officials said.

But members of the opposition denounced an "electoral farce which has given way to open-air fraud".

Mr Abdel Aziz, who described the Senate as "useless and too costly", said the move to abolish it would improve governance by introducing more local forms of lawmaking.

He is barred by the constitution from running a third term - he came to power in a coup in 2008, was elected president the following year and won a second term in 2014.

The president is a key ally of the West and neighbouring states in countering Islamist extremist groups.

In the same referendum, held on Saturday, voters also supported a change to the national flag.

The current green flag with yellow Islamic crescent and star will also feature red bands to honour the blood spilt by those who fought for freedom from France.

PoliticsSenate To Pass Customary Bill To Mandate A Man With 3 Wives by Freegift75(op): 10:48am On Aug 06, 2017
The Senate is considering a serious measure to abolish prostitution in Nigeria.

A senator raised the motion during the last plenary that many other countries in the world have considered homosexuality, gay and prostitution as constitutional practices in their countries, but we have to look into ways of reducing prostitution in this country by enacting constitutional mandate that a man must marry atleast 3 wives.

According to the senator, (if a man is surrounded with atleast three wives at home, he will not be able to look outside again.)

The recent population estimated women to be more in circulation than men and this is one of the reasons women flirt all about looking for who to satisfying their sexu.al ego.

This however is a welcome development as it also biblical where 7women are lobbying to be with just a man.

Hope this will bring about the CHANGE we all long for
Christianity EtcKing James Version Of The Bible Is For Homosexual & Rastafarians - Bishop Cries by Freegift75(op): 7:40pm On Aug 04, 2017
www.tori.ng/news/69806/king-james-version-of-the-bible-is-for-homosexuals.html

A self-acclaimed Ghanaian marriage
counselor, Rev. George Lutterodt, is back
with a bombshell after making
controversial comments about the Bible
and homosexuals.

.
While speaking in a recent interview on Okay FM’s programme, "Ofie Kwanso", with Abeiku Santana, controversial Ghanaian self-styled marriage counselor, Rev. George Lutterodt, threw a yet another explosive bombshell and is currently buzzing on the internet.
.
According to the counselor, the King James Version of the Bible is for homosexuals and Rastafarians and it is not original because it was not translated directly from the Greek manuscript.
.
He said people should use the New International Version (NIV) because that was translated directly from the Ancient Greek manuscript.
.
“King James Bible is not the original manuscript, the translation was made by a gay, so if you want to read the bible and understand what it is about, use the NIV, new international version, that is direct from the Greek word.
.
"Anytime anybody is reading King James, they read it so that it will fill their whims and caprices, so Gays, Rastafarians and those who want to do their things use King James," he said.
.
Rev. Lutterodt advised that Christians make
use the NIV side by side with King James for a
better understanding of the word.
