Tyson Fury has claimed that Anthony Joshua refused a staggering £64million to have a mega-fight with former WBC champion Deontay Wilder. The Gypsy King admitted that if the fight between AJ and the Bronze Bomber had happened, his fellow Brit would have lost the fight. Fury who dethroned Wilder to become the new WBC champion believes the American would have had the better of Joshua. "When I was out of the ring retired, he tried to fight Joshua twice [and] it was going on for ages - we all know that. "They offered him $80m [£64m] for a two-fight deal, and I know a few people who saw proof of the funds and people who I definitely trust and he refused," Fury told IFL. Fury further stated that if the fight had happened that Joshua will not be regarded among the top heavyweights in the world. He said: "Wilder beats Joshua 100,000,000 per cent. Wilder beats Joshua, [Dillian] Whyte, Jarrell Miller. "One touch from the Bronze Bomber and their faces are gone forever. "Wilder would do to Whyte and Joshua what he did to Dominic Breazleale... he would put them unconscious in round one." Source: Netnaija Cc: Mynd44, Dominique

I saw her messages and challenged him and he apologized , and I forgave him, but to my surprise, he came home late on Friday night, and slept, very early on Saturday I drove his car out to refill gas, and saw an envelope, inside was his passport with US visa on it, and the Ladies own too with US visa, I saw the form he used to fill His visa application , In the form he said his wife was late, and my death certificate was attached , and his wedding certificate with the said lady was attached to it, in the form he wrote out all our children's names but he claimed their mum was late. I made a photocopy of all the documents and returned the envelope back, but I nearly ran mad, he observed that I have been so cold since, and as been asking what's the matter, please what can I do ,what should I do, how do I accept this type of wickedness and traitor attitude? please mummies advice me before I do something drastic. |

Former governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu has said leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu is currently in London. Kalu revealed this in an interview he granted Sunday Punch, adding that he does not know about the whereabouts of Nnamdi Kanu’s parents. He said contrary to what has been fed to the public so far, the military did not take Kanu and his parents away. Orji Uzor Kalu told Sunday Punch: “Kanu was not taken away by the military. Kanu went to Malaysia from where he travelled to the United Kingdom. Nnamdi Kanu is in London right now as we speak. “He was not arrested by anybody. He left the country on his own. One of his relations has spoken to me and explained everything because I wanted to see him and talk to him wherever he was and see how I could meet some Federal Government officials on his issue. “I also wanted to see ways of talking to the President about him, and find common ground but his family told me that he has left the country, unless they are lying to me. “I believe, whether he had left the country or not, he is not with the military because I asked the Commander of the 14 Brigade, Brigadier General A.K Ibrahim, who is a very fine and good soldier, well educated and dedicated, and he told me that they don’t know his whereabouts and I am sure, the Department of State Services have the same information. “I also visited the Commissioner of Police and he said he didn’t know his whereabouts and that they are also looking for him.” On the whereabouts of Kanu’s parents, Kalu told Sunday Punch: “I visited them in December last year and I was not impressed with the discussion I had with the father and the mother because I expected them to have acted better. “Since then, I have not visited them. “I feel that they have not impressed me because they ignored my advice to them to talk to their son on the need to stay at home and avoid public outings. I said his people can continue to carry their flags around but that they should not disturb anybody again. “They have a right to express themselves but that such rights should be within the limits of our constitution. They have the right to carry Biafran flags but they should do so within the limits of the constitution. Once your activities are within the limits of the law, you are in order. “You cannot carry Biafra flags and be stopping vehicles and smashing their windscreens. “You cannot carry Biafra (flags) and be defiling young girls, you also cannot carry Biafra (flags) and be assembling young men every day. “These are people who have no job and after doing that, they will go and engage in kidnapping or they will go and do armed robbery while some will go and do other things to make money. “Hunger is a very terrible thing. “The traders in the market have warned them to stop the nonsense they are doing. Why should you be extorting money from people in the name of Biafra agitation? “They are extorting money from people in the market against their will. “If the federal and state governments continue to watch and allow all these things to continue, there will be chaos in the state. If Kanu had not proved stubborn but listened to advice and kept to the rules of the court, we won’t be where we are now.” Source – Punch http://punchng.com/nnamdi-kanu-is-in-london-he-went-through-malaysia-orji-kalu/

The Deputy President of the Senate, Ike Ekweremadu, has again urged President Muhammadu Buhari to call off the ongoing military action in the South East tagged, “Operation Python Dance II.” Ekweremadu in a letter to the President said withdrawal of the troops from the South East will avert a second Civil war. The Deputy Senate President had earlier condemned the military siege of the South East, noting that dialogue and inclusion were best options in resolving the agitation in the region. In a letter titled, “Rising Tension in the South East: Appeal to Call Off Operation Egwu Eke”, Ekweremadu said the rising tension in the region compelled him to appeal to Buhari “to take immediate steps to avert another civil war in Nigeria”. The five-page letter read in part: “The peace of Nigeria has never been this fragile since the end of the civil war and as leaders we must do everything humanly possible and legitimate to hold the nation together in peace and prosperity. “As President and Commander-in-Chief, you would agree with me that there is need for caution. “Recall, Your Excellency, that the South East Caucus of the Senate met with you on November 9, 2016. We had a heart-to-heart discussion on pressing issues affecting the South East. Recall that on the issue of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, who was then in detention, we pleaded for your intervention and strongly advised against his continued detention. We were of the view that his continued detention would only further popularise, and in fact make him a hero. “Furthermore, we informed you that when the leader of the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Chief Ralph Uwazuruike, was detained during the administration of late President Umar Musa Yar’Adua, we approached the former President and appealed to him to immediately release Chief Uwazuruike to avoid creating a mountain out of a molehill. He heeded the advice and Chief Uwazuruike and MASSOB have never posed any threat to the peace and sovereignty of Nigeria ever after. “I recall, however, that on the appeal for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, you told us to allow the judicial process to run its cause. But, in retrospect, it proved to be a big mistake on the side of government as his continued detention made him a hero among a cross-section of the people. “I am afraid,Your Excellency, that the government is embarking on yet another huge misjudgment today by adopting a military option to the Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB challenge. Therefore, I most respectfully appeal to you to order the immediate withdrawal of the military from the South East as their presence can only and is indeed already amplifying tension in the region. “As things stand, the reaction of the youth in the region is unpredictable. It is also possible that their reactions and actions of the military may be misrepresented or exaggerated on the Social media and trigger a chain of other actions in other parts of the country also. “Not even Your Excellency or anyone else for that matter can certainly foretell the outcome of such chain of actions, reactions, and reprisals. But at least, you are in a position to imagine the number of the avoidable casualties and deaths.”

- President Muhammadu Buhari, who had been in London since May 7, recently received some governors in the country - Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state was not part of the visiting governors as expected - Fayose, who spoke in Ibadan, Oyo state, gave a reason he was not picked among the visiting governors Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state has revealed that he was actually blocked from visiting ailing President Muhammadu Buhari who has been in London since May 7. Some governors recently visited the president in London, but Fayose’s name was omitted from the list with the presidency giving reason for it. Fayose reportedly spoke while presenting a welcome address at an all-inclusive meeting of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with other political parties at Ibadan Civic Centre, Agodi Gate, Oyo state on Monday, August 7. Fayose said he was barred because of his insistence that a sick person who has little or no strength cannot govern Nigeria. According to Fayose, since President Buhari has refused to return to Nigeria or step down, he should appointed the minister of foreign affairs in London. The governor said: “Why did they not take me to London. Why didn’t they take me there? “They obviously knew very well that I would listen to the man and know whether his voice is clear or not. Then, I would be able to tell Nigerians the truth. “Leadership must come with a certain measure of strength. If you don’t have strength, how can you govern the country? “So, we need a president that is hale and hearty. “If our president doesn’t want to go, let him become the minister of Foreign Affairs in London. These are statements of fact.” Source: Naija News. cc: Lalasticlala, Obinoscopy, Mynd44

First Hand Information On What Happened At Anambra State Today, As Ejike Ofoegbu Arrived Anambra From Aba Please over look the police report, Ejike Ofoegbu said Loveth Gift narrated "We all were in the church during the 6am morning mass today, we saw two cars that drove into the church; because it was a Church premises we over looked it and we considered them to be people that came for morning mass(service). But to the surprise of everyone, the car halted at the center of the gate, meaning you cannot close the gate, since it is open already. "The driver came out of the car pretending he was fixing a problem; so everyone still ignored the drama happening outside the premises. "Suddenly, some men came out from the car, fully armed, all in Army uniform. I was lucky because I was sitting at the back, just beside the door, but I was clearly seeing what was happening. The sky was cloudy and everywhere seemed dark; no one saw what they were carrying, whether it was gun, but surely they were fully equipped. "They immediately rushed to the front door. I was too lucky to jump the fence, but before I had jumped, I heard gun shot everywhere in the building. They obstructed the front gate, because for women that is their only route to escape. That was why women were killed more than men. Children were killed as well, many were seriously injured. "After I had escaped, I started making calls to link my church members who were in the church, but they were not picking up; not knowing they were dead already. The gun men were not igbos, because their language were not igbo, the government should stop lying, I heard they said That, they gun Men were flashing touch light on us, but it a lie, because the whole church was so lighted that even from outside you will see who is inside. Even at that, if they were really flashing touch light to know who is their target, those that were killed, are they their target. Like I said before and I will say it again, I was at the back door, I saw all that happened, they were with Army uniform, face covered, standing at the Front door, holding their trigger, and shooting at anything that moves. When the police came, I was waiting for them to ask questions of what happened, so that I will explain, but they were busy taking pictures of the dead ones, without knowing the fact "Not too long after they had gone, I went back to the church. I was shocked with what I saw; my Mother was lying dead! Many people were unconscious but later succumbed to death. "After about one hour of the killings, the Police arrived the church. Two hours later, the Governor, Willie Obiano arrived too. Everyone was shocked, wandering how the perpetrators stormed in Army uniform. Questions began to arise: "Who gave them the Army uniform?" Who gave them the Army car?" Surely jihad is here, and everyone have to defend him/her self. A woman who still survived the mayhem said, "All I could remember is that I was sitting at the front when some people in Army uniform invaded the Church and started shooting at everyone. They just held the trigger and fired at everyone they sighted. I managed to hide under the seat but was shot in the leg. "A boy was shot in head, his brain bursted, and blood spilled - even at my face." Ejike Ofoegbu Reporting. Copied from Facebook.

Nigerian highly placed cleric, founder and General Overseer of the Kingsway International Christian Center, KICC, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo has shocked his viewers after he compelled his congregants to give a thousand dollars for every year each of them had lived on earth. Pastor Ashimolowo already is worth over $10 million. He demanded in a church service that his members give what he described “the seed of Glorious expectation”, which is according to the number of years they have lived on earth. Kingsway International Christian Center is located in the United Kingdom with branches in Nigeria. The pastor said in the video, “For every year you have lived on earth, I want you to give a N100… No sorry, a N1000 naira. “If you have lived on earth for 35 years, you give N35,000. You have lived 60 years, you give N60,000. “Those who are paying in dollars to the left while those paying in naira to the right. “Thousand dollars to the left, thousand naira to the right, those that are doing the both, to the middle. “Get out of your seats.” The video was shared by controversial Nigerian On Air Personality, OAP, Daddy Freeze, who has always frowned at the ways men of God in Nigeria live flamboyant lifestyle, while their members suffer to pay tithe and offerings. He has once described the pastors as Yahoo boys. OAP Freeze wrote, “Nigerians, their IQ of 67 and their men of God. Come and give a thousand dollars for every year you have lived?” “Can you show me anywhere in the Bible where Jesus used this ‘fund raising’ approach? I remember 5 loaves and 2 fishes but 1000 dollars?” See video below… https://www.instagram.com/p/BVU6cpMl8A6/ Cc: Mynd44, Lalasticalala, Obinoscopy, Nwaamaikpe
