Luedave:Its funny mhen!!! and its actually a very wrong way to judge people... I feel sometimes its ideal we first remove our hrt from what we wanna get... relationship isn't business!!! so you shouldn't start a date already sizing a man's pocket and assessing his wealth!!! that's fucking not fair!!! |
My people, i had an experience today i felt like sharing especially to our ladies in the house. Its a piece of advice!!! There is this lady who works with Fidelity Bank as a marketer though, when my office made me have dealings with fidelity bank, i got to meet her and we became close. Finally we had a date today. Though am in a relationship, didn't see anything harmful in hanging out and had no motives, twas only for fun. We got talking, and she said she would like to come see me in my apartment which i obliged. she then said she knows I'll be staying in a tushed up apartment and be all by myself if i wasn't lonely... then i told her i was in my parents house and that i still stay with them for the time been. Immediately i said that, her countenance changed, she summarized the date, and left claiming she cant even talk to a guy still with his parents nor have anything to do with him not to even reason a relationship.... I was shocked to my marrows... Mind You... Reasons i still stay with my parent's is cos am currently constructing my own two 4bedroom flat apartment and also the fair from my dads house to my office is like #50 so i felt instead of getting an apartment that would tk nothing less than 200k frm me, i rather put the cash into my site and finish it up while going from my family house for the time being. Thank God we making lots of progress and Dad understands and even encouraged that i stay there, though didn't tell this girl in question. This was my experience today and it baffled me Guys what do you think Ladies how market![]() |

stanvesco:My mum is around and alive and with him(my dad) and also, my girl is in Lagos while Dad in Edo.... so i know there isn't any ppo happening and i trust my Dad he cant do such and my gurl, I'll kill her.... but i feel he is excited.... but that excitement they spoil my matter.... |

baibijay:My dear.... I will tell you i now regret taking her home..... i only did that cos i invited her for my sisters introduction just to enable her also meet my people including my parents. since then my life has never remained thesame. The funny thing is that even my mum holds her so close. in high esteem.... and its scaring me so much cos i feel d effect may be negative!!! i might be wrong tho |

OkunrinMeta:Thanks bro..... but with all i just dey hope his ways wouldn't tie my hands in the relationship cos i notice he really approves of her.... and that makes me feel the girl will be too free or relaxed and you know ladies.... it will start entering their head and making them misbehave.... |
vizkiz:shey you will come and help me give him u can perform the task too na... |
Melahou:well, from what i can be certain of about my dad is the d fact that he cant mess around. Outside being a very dedicated pastor, he also is a disciplinarian and he doesn't even condole rubbish from us. told is the only day we'll bring a girl to his house is if we sure she's the one we wanna marry. And after all my dad is in Edo state and my girl in Lagos. So i don't see anything happening between them. But am still concerned abt the calls on daily basis. |
I happened to be in a relationship and for the first time i asked my girl to come meet my parents since we started getting serious and next year i have plans to get married to her. she met my parents three weeks ago and stayed in our family house for about a week before going back. Since then my Dad calls her like every day just to check up on her. This is beginning to get me worried as it is unusual of my Dad. FYI my Dad is a clergy man and very disciplined hence i know nothing is wrong negatively. But my concern is that the man is taking the relationship more serious than even me in the relationship. Am concerned and my girl is so excited about it. I had plans to talk to my dad but don't know if it is right. I feel my dad is making this girl feel supercool and am not comfortable with that. Please i need candid advice!!! #Freest# |

I beg to defer.... There can be love without trust. Am typing from experience. My current girlfriend, I love her but i don't trust her. My reason, two months into our relationship, she 'kissed' another guy (Atleast that was what she agreed to, perhaps to suit my ears) and though i forgave her, i have not been able to come and trust her. I Love her like no other, atleast if not just for that act i would have broken up with her.... But i love her somuch, yet, trusting her for that action early in our relationship is difficult. I still find it very difficult even till now. So i think the lady may have done something or acted in a way to arouse suspicion from the guy or to kill trust. Know that once trust is killed, to rebuild may take forever. |
olathunde:Instead of you to comment you dey book space huh! Well hope the lesson portrayed in the thread has been learnt by you ![]() |
