I know it is commonly accepted that the right brain is so much better. But EGMI and metacognition specialists will say something different. They say it's the left brain. The right brain is the part that feels fear and anxiety and emotions. The left is just calm and tranquil full of mindfulness.
I'm not one to believe everything I read although I might be pretty gullible sometimes based on my personal biases. But I've been able to feel the distinction between my right and left brain for a while, and I think there's some truth to it
