looking forward to going short on eur/usd at .2310
when you draw your support trendline on the daily chart, you'll find out that friday's candle broke the line
and closed below it. price is heading to test it before heading south. my short term exit .2150
long term exit .1880

unclenna: Actually the bias for the day is short but the market will always move towards the PP before heading south...So your buy is ok but you need to close it before London open

last week was a disaster for me. I believe this week will be different.
just placed my first trade for the week.
bought eur/jpy at 97.73
exit is 98.50 though there is resistance at 98.25 which equally coincides with our daily pivot.so exiting at 98.25 will be ideal.
guess i'm trading against the trend.
my system tells me at 98.25 price is likely to head south, so i'm placing a pending sell order at that price to target 97.10
should price hit 98.50 and today's candle closes above this price, then my pending sell order is cancelled.i'll be thinking long.
On the other hand, should it hit 98.5 and closes below, then i'll be thinking south.
I might just babysit this trade. (something i really don't like doing)

There are 3 things that make one a successful trader.

1) Family support, without it you will never have the chance to evolve as a trader. Money and time constraints are too hard as is, without moral support, you will never be in the right state of mind

2)Go live as soon as you can. Go live with money you can afford to lose. You will lose it. Many times. Demo teaches you everything except the most essential key to becoming a true trader, the emotions involved in trading and better yet, how to control them. This takes years to master and demo is wasting time.

3)Perseverance is key. Without the resolve to continue even when all seems hopeless, you will never make it. As long as there is hope, you still have a chance of making it. No matter how long it takes. The moment you lose hope, stop trading, forever, your mind cannot handle this biz. Some of us are traders, others where meant to be teachers or doctors or construction workers or retail works. It is as simple as that. If trading is not for you, it is not your fault.

This is known to be a continuation pattern. So a downward breakout is expected.

all i used as documentation was driver's license. when i was about funding was when i realised they're linked with alpariNG
so funding was done locally through GTBANK. done under 12hrs. same day withdrawal also.
but they'll kill you with re-quotes.
