i bought the same software last year through a friend and i had the same problem also. Since i bought it through a 3rd party, it was difficult writing to their customer care service so i eventually lost the software.

However, if you bought the software directly then you can write to their customer care service and i am sure you will get a reply. They might ask you for your click-bank receipt or something like that.

I had the same experience yesterday at one of their branches and it is not as though the amount is BIG but i honestly think that their customers need to be informed in writing or all information concerning the Up Country charge must be very visible in all their banking halls for us to see and be informed.
