Mine was held for 9 days, after spending countless minutes on the phone with them and sending them mugshots with me holding all my IDs I previously sent to them, they kept coming up with " your face is blurr" bla black.

I had to change it for them, told them I want my balance and I want to close my account, they said they were going to send my balance back to those who sent them to me, I said OK that all must be done that day and that I was tired of their useless services.

Within minutes, I got 3 messages telling me my account has been verified.
