I bought severally on Konga platform for several years before I ported to Jumia that has less variety of products but professional and honest......with fulfillment , stock and refunds. Konga refund process is a nightmare and they deducted fees before refunding my money. This was the last straw over and above non fulfillment or wrong delivery issues I had with them. Make sure your money is complete without deductions if they ever refund you. I stopped shopping with them about 4 years ago , apparently they have not changed |
Effanti Over priced and No after sales service...my submission to them. Wish someone had told me before I found them online ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Good day , I recently purchased about 800 Sq m of your electric fence in Lagos and I have feedback to give you. 1. Your electric fence is more expensive than the products of equivalent quality and reputation from my personal market survey 2 Your Products are priced high with a promise of quality after sales service and customer service 3. Your after sales service and installation teams have displayed to me a very strong lack of coordination, ineptitude, lackadaisical approach to customer requirements 4. It took forever to install the wire and I had to demand for a refund before your slow bereaucratic engineers mobilised to site. I have made the point above because within 24hours of installation , a false alarm went off because of a loose wire in the chain (poorly fitted) , a week after the support fell because it was not securely installed and fell on my metal gate. Happy no one had contact with the gate when this happened. Two weeks after, the Support gave way , the wires became slack and drooped right over my gate and we had to use plastic pipes to prevent contact with the gate. Well over a month when I complained about the slack and fallen wires, we have had failed promises to come and on one occasion your technician came when we were not around. I am convinced your product is quality but lacks the capacity to deliver it in a efficient and effective way in lagos. Most competitors sell at half your price and over and above pricing your after care service is a scam. I have since called a local practitioner to fix the problem and also removed the junk advert sign you placed on my wall without my authorisation. My first and last experience with you shows your product service delivery is a huge scam!! Trust I will go across the social media to warn fellow citizens of my country to avoid the scam I have fallen i |
Hi, See the feedback I tried to drop on your web page and unfortunately your feedback email account has been disabled. jasinto:Im happy you have confirmed the uncouth mannerisms and lack of customer focus I mentioned. I wish you all the best mate!!! lets see how being rude and arrogant to your customers will get you to your dreams ...my final word! |
Amenaghwon:Hi, I got his contact from the thread and contacted him based on the good recommendations. I wanted an appointment and he said he could not give me one as he was not God. He sounded so uncouth and unpolished and I had my reservations. He is a mouthy fellow good for low income bracket customers but inappropriate for elites. I asked if I could bring the car on Thursday or the weekend and that I would call the day before bringing the vehicle. We agreed I would call him the day before. I called severally during the day Wednesday no response and did not return the call. At almost 9pm I called and after the several ring outs he picked without apologies . I asked for an early morning appointment , he said he was too busy and was in the workshop at that time. He said he had been working so hard and leaving his house early for the last couple of days and that he would not leave early on Thursday. He asked me to drop the car with his boy and I refused as I wanted to explain the problems to him directly and also meet him since it was the first time. I proposed weekend since Thursday morning was not convenient. At this point i was wondering why I was haggling so much to get an appointment. I backed down........ he came up with a 9am appointment on Thursday. Thursday morning, I was ready to leave my house 10mins drive away. I called and his number was not reachable. I sent a text saying I will make the appointment 10am and I was being considerate thinking he was up till very late fixing the car he mentioned the day before. I was shocked to get a text saying " this is one reason why I don't give timely appointments!" I was stunned to see this response and I called immediately!!! he refused to pick. I got upset with his uncouth and government worker posture with me in the previous days. I called off the appointment and advised him that his arrogance and uncultured mannerisms will destroy him. Its sad that when one tries to patronise these upcoming youth they get full headed and misbehave. I am obliged to explain this since I have come out in a public forum to mention the bad behaviour of an unpolished fellow. For those who know him, we all need to know that customers bring us income not the other way round , a customer not treated well may never come back. You might be technically sound but with a bad attitude you go down. Ask Virgin Nigeria or starcomms. |
I picked up the thread from a search and contacted Jasinto. I personally feel he is the most arrogant, proud worthless Piece of cow dung in the grazing field. He lacks customer service and he is of the opinion that he is a favour giver not service provided. I interacted with him for two days and ended telling him off because he felt giving me an early morning appointment was something i should thank God for. If you are a high networth individual or middle class elite pls avoid him. He is best suited for garage touts!! This is my personal feedback |

Cycling is gaining ground very fast in lagos. I ride regularly on the streets of Lagos and commute from work also. Its not as risky as the guys who sit on the couch and judge make you believe. Hey death can come anytime and anywhere . You can stay in your house because accidents happen out there! The keys to riding in Lagos are 1. Recon your route 2. Be well kitted and make yourself visible 3. Avoid riding alone If you relocate to Lagos contact these three groups they will help you and also help link you up with riding contacts in any part of Nigeria. http://cyclotron.org.ng/ccdi/ http://cycology.com.ng/ https://www.facebook.com/RoadRunnersCyclingAndRecreationalClub Wish you all the best ....if you need further help on cycling in Naija ...PM me or freshfishstall@gmail.com |
I beg stop unnecessary criticisms of this man. I am not his fan and I think he is quite slow intellectually, socially , morally and in leadership style. I think him simple mind may be too black to handle Nigeria He has been sleeping since he took over power but this one is good. Do you want him to present dolls to people who are hell bent on killing innocent civilians? My only challenge is that the clampdown is coming late and hence making the civilian casualty unfortunately heavy. If he has suddenly jolted awake to his responsibilities then ride on Presido, the human beings that died as a result of the BH bombings need justice. |
Hi All, I work on VI and the traffic coming out of VI at closing times is killing. If one can squeeze out of VI by 5pm the rest of the journey to mainland is relatively smooth. I have thought of a modified car pooling arrangement to park at Ikoyi, get a shuttle bus (5.30 to 6am) to work and cycle back to ikoyi at closing time (4 to 5 pm). It's safer to ride in twos or threes. Aside the health benefits of cycling, we would save time and stress of traffic. This is the plan: I have spoken with an organisation at Ikoyi, they have agreed to give me two parking slots (we can arrange for more space if we get more interested persons) A Hiace bus will pick us up from Ikoyi in the morning with our bicycles, we do the days work and find our way by bicycle to Ikoyi. Simple! If you are interested please drop me a line at freshfishstall@gmail.com. I will contact you. PS: You need to own a bicycle and riding safety equipment, serious minded, responsible and time conscious persons are encouraged to jump on board. |
........hmmm quite interested in joining the bike club. I reside at ikosi , Magodo axis. I am an amateur bicycle rider but need a team to build stamina with. |

Why Blame Amosun when Bi- Courtney is doing the same thing. Bi courtney has bullied owners of property along the expressway in lagos and they are not even talking about compensation. The ownership of land is vested in the state govt and Bi courtney should do the right thing by closing out with the State govt. Critics of Amosun , please note the remark that a stop work notice was issued and rather than Bi coutney to talk to the govt they brough the Minister to make noise as usual. There is a old right of way (those who have contravened) and a new right of way ( based on expansion) The new Right of way will cause so much pain in built up areas between Ojota and Berger in lagos and Ogun states I hope all works well for the generality of Nigerians |
Be warned , Bicourtney has commenced the marking of structures 61 meters (yes unbelieveable) from the current lagos ibadan expressway. All structures will be demolished all the way from Ojota to Ibadan. The Anglican church at old toll gate, Motorways building etc, will go!! Watching what Lagos state will do in this regard Please be careful as you close your land deals on this stretch |
ALERT!!!! Planned demolition of ALL structures 61m from Lagos Ibadan Expressway Ojota to Berger Bicourtney started marking the structures from Ojota last week. Developers and builders beware |

It's not only KIA motors, Peugeot, Skoda, VW, Toyota, and any major brand you can think of usually dump the basic (I cannot defend the word substandard cos i'm no engineer) models in Nigeria. I reported Kelwarams Nigeria to SON in 2009 but they referred me to the Consumer Complaints commission that totally ignored my case. Their workshop manager told me not to waste my time reporting cos they were well positioned with the regulatory bodies. The 2008 Lancer is a moving corpse, new day new problems for a brand new car!!!!!! The Road safety man is probably screaming so that he can be spoken to one on one. I just suspect quality rejected vehicles are just disposed off in Naija shikena |
Thanks , I am actually looking for place where I can buy the cds or tapes physically. Franktolk, thanks for your response. |
