If Shekarau is a viable option, the chairman of his faction would have been inaugurated based on the judgement of the high court. He either accepts the power sharing template offered by the national body or lose out completely. He cannot be allowed to control the party when an APC governor is still in office in the state. APC will never make such a foolish mistake in a critically important state like Kano.
