Why can't Russian army face the Ukrainian forces or target their armory, instead of the children hospital? This is an act of cowardice. Without the nukes, Russia army are as helpless, vulnerable and powerless as any third world country. This war has actually revealed how ordinary Russian military and Putin are without bombs. After this war nobody will take Putin seriously anymore or fear Russia, as it will only lead to one thing: fierce arm race among nations of the earth in preparation for any eventually (WW3).
