West nations called this invasion before it happened and anyone who called and still calls it western propaganda is actually very dump.

Propaganda, yes every country does it but it this case, the news about the invasion was coming from the highest level of command.. the president of the USA. They value the reputation of their president and wouldn't allow wrong information to bring disrepute to the office of the president of the USA.

Before the invasion, they gave dates Putin was to invade and if you listened to the interview on Condolesa Rice last week, you'd have understood that those dates were accurate and Putin likely changed the dates because he suspects someone was leaking details to the Western nation and they had real SIGINT on him.

And i suspect in view of that, he made a hasty decision to invade which I suspect too in the reason behind his men bumbling the whole invasion strategy.

However it is, it would in the best interest of Putin to pull his men back and go face his generals. Because whether he win this or now, the is a big resent towards him and his generals would likely not take it easy with him. Also, remember that the whole reason for the invasion is for him to maintain his sit as the continued president of Russia.

He generals and men have their stash of $$$ sanctioned in western banks. They certainly wouldnt be easy on him, at this point he should go back to face them and not Ukraine.

So face, the war is going exactly the way western nation wants it. They want to stretch Russian into a long war, so Putin/Russia can deplete their forex reserve, deplete Putins influence, and in the long run may lead to him being take out of office and the likely winner would be Ukraine for offering themselves to be used to overthrow Putin and they would be likely welcomed into EU or NATO.

I made a comment on the 18th of Feb regarding this, my comment was that Western nations were covertly pushing Putin into war to deal with him and so far, he has likely fallen into their trap.
