Here in Nigeria we politicize everything, flyovers at foundation level are used for campaigning by politicians, I have been hearing about this bridge since the days of Obasanjo yet up till now it hasn't not been commissioned, longer bridges with roadway and railway lines were completed in less than 3yrs without noise.

I mean, given that the area specializes in trade, commerce, and industrial parts manufacturing, there should be at least a few top level business schools there by now, a few engineering institutes, and a university of commerce, where the people there can take their skills to the next level. I mean, a city like that should be getting comparable to Guangzhou in China, not sitting on its oars and making excuses, or worse, allowing itself to be distracted by half-baked activists like Nnamdi Kanu, and other separatist, ethnicity-obsessed reprobates and buffoons.

*** My OBSERVATION: The 2019 budget spent exactly 4 months and 13 days with NASS ( Dec 19, 2018 - May 2, 2019). How the president arrived at 7-months is unclear. Besides, submitting a budget to NASS on December 19th few days into Christmas/New Year recess was very late. The executive should have been more proactive or 'patriotic' by submitting the budget much earlier (say September 2018) knowing the first quarter of 2019 was already locked down for general elections.
