Good day mamas. It's my first time here, I'm a TTC. Please pardon my long post and read till the end. I'm here because my mind is playing tricks on me. So I got married last year. I and hubby decided to wait to put things in place before making babies (our mistake, if only I knew I will be eager to be pregnant now). Hubby was using withdrawal method to avoid pregnancy (he's an expert) and it worked. I remember vividly some months last year 2019, I could feel my ovulation discharge so well but my naive self needed to stabilize in my job before bringing babies. Fast forward November 2019 we got ready to conceive till now we have been hitting on my fertile days and nothing has happened o. I'm so scared because I'm being both anxious on my most fertile days. I have the flo app and another app that helps me keep track of my fertile days. Infact hubby downloaded the flo app first and he's keeping track too. I have a regular period and feel ovulation pain.

My health history
At some point in 2016 I had ovarian cyst that lasted for one year before it disappeared. It caused me so much pain during menstrual periods that I vomitted and had high fever all through the 5 days of period. I took felvin all the time to ease the pain. I just got to know that felvin causes anovulation.

Again, Since this January I started having severe menstrual cramps that stops my daily activities. It hurts so bad that I end up in the hospital to get some pain relieve injections (Pentazocine). This is actually where my fear grew. I never experienced such pain.

I took clomid in December but ignorantly waited for ovulation day in January to copulate with hubby and we missed it.
February I treated PID with hubby because doctor suspects it might be the cause of my severe menstrual cramps. Out of anxiety I frequent hospitals for scans (abdomino-pelvic) 3 times a month cause I had movements in my stomach and every thing came out fine. In March I track my ovulation through Transvaginal scan and saw the follicle that would release egg. We tried and my period still came out I felt sad.
Has anyone been in my shoes? I read people say remove your mind and have sex but honestly having sex now feels like chores because we are focused on something. Worst still, hubby's sperm doesn't come out all the time we make love. If we make love twice a day he will only come once and will have to force himself to come the next round which will still not happen(maybe psychological). Can anyone offer me advice or encouragement. I really don't want to get to a point where I will feel depressed. I'm currently in my 2 weeks wait. Fertile period ended today. Please wish me luck. Thanks for reading and also for your patience.

So, I went to the general hospital today, being Thursday, my clinic day, when it got to my turn, the doctor went through my file and asked me what the problem was, as I was trying to explain he just cut me short saying " infertility is not an urgent case, come in one month time after the corona virus epidemic is over" after paying consultation fee, and spending transport in this hard time. I forgive him though, and I pray that since man has refused to treat my case as urgent, God in his infinite mercy will take my case up and put the devil to shame.

I hope you and your husband are undergoing the same treatment. Some people might have the infection but will be asymptomatic. It's always good for both partners to treat together and abstain during treatment to avoid reinfection.

I don't know the type of herbal medicine she's offering you, I'm not a fan of herbal most often because of issue of concentration since it's rarely measured which is why some will be potent while some will not be yet they're same ingredients used.

But all I'll advise is not to take the two same period. If you're already orthodox treatment, please complete it and give at least few days interval before herbal.

But also note some Herbals may distrupt your body system. This is not a time to be trying different drugs as you are just recovering after evacuation. Just eat healthy with more fruits and vegetables and you should be right in track. Add Garlic and Ginger to your food, if you can, juice it and add honey to drink. It's very potent for staph as well as a good antibiotic and health booster.

You can also try the combo of soaked garlic, tumeric,ginger and clove. It's another natural health booster that clears most infections.

If the d&c was done well, you may bleed for few days and it will clear the remnants with the help of the drugs given after the procedure. D&C is a blind procedure so not everyone gets it right except experienced doctors. Please seek a second opinion so they can recommend drugs for you. The earlier the better.
I don't know why you're scared of your man, are you not married to him? Why would a man leave you because of a miscarriage when he's supposed to be the one by your side. You should think of being healthy in hearth and mind else you might disrupt your hormones with too much worry. If your man leaves you at this type of trying time, believe me he's not the one for you. I wish you quick recovery and may God grant your desires

pls reply me. I went to the hospital and I was diagnosed of staph infection, and I was placed on 5days injection and drugs. I started taking the injection yesterday. Now my big sis bought a very expensive herbal medicine for me, she said it’s both for infection and conception and will prevent uterine adhesion which cost total 43k. Pls should I treat my infection and not take the herbal? Or should I just take the herbal along with the injection. Pls I guess my mums and doctors here will tell me the right thing to do. I don’t want to make a mistake. And I forgot, I just had 2 evacuation (d&c) last two weeks in one pregnancy/miscarriage. Pls help me���

Just calm down. I understand your anxiety, we have all been there but honestly you have nothing to fear. A d&c has to be properly done to avoid infection from retained products. To ease your fears, you can do another scan to be certain all is well.

Allow your body heal, eat right and rest. I have been there and I have two kids now, it is well.

Good morning my people, i don’t want to loose my man to this miscarriage. People are beginning to question me. And I’m really depressed. I have not been going to the office and I can’t do anything since I had this last d&c...
the reason I’m scared is because before the last evacuation (d&c) I did a pelvic ultrasound which u can see.. then showed the doctor and he performed another evacuation.
My fear is I just re read the ultrasound sound statement this morning, only to find out that the retain products of conception is very small which is 2.55ml, what did this man remove? I’m so scared, I’m still having some brownish little discharge. I need help I’m dying of fear. My man just left the country... am I over reacting? Pls help me���

It does not matter..... As far as everything is out now.. Just take care of your self and relax... Continue your folic acid and have regular Sex.. Believe me.. You will conceive with in 3months.

No its not... You did evacuation...

I did it twice, the first one didn’t finish, I did an ultrasound which showed “retain product of conception” I went back to the hospital and they did second evacuation. That means two d&c in one pregnancy �

Best way to use your castor oil for Uterine Adhesion is to massage the uterus for about 15 minutes and also use the castor oil pack. I do that morning and evening. You can check YouTube on how to massage the uterus
