I’m so scared. I don’t even know how to tell my mother Inlaw, she isn’t in support of it. I’m so confused oh. Pls I need encouragement or word of advice

Believe me when I tell you that, elective CS is far more better than Emergency CS.

Once your case becomes an emergency, it'll become a case of saving either them mother, child or you both.

I've experienced both situations.
For my first, I didn't fall into labour.
I was induced at 41wk 5days, and labour progressed fine.

Once it was time to push baby out after I had dilated completely, baby refused to come.

Suddenly, I was bleeding too much and was asked. To be rushed to the theatre.

Once open, placenta had scattered inside belly (a condition known as placenta abruptio).. Baby died and I also had to fight for life.

It was none of mine nor my doctor's fault that it happened that way but since then, I've chosen to walk Into theater to bring. Out fine and healthy babies.

Some emergencies might lead to loss of lives of permanent health conditions for either you or your baby.

That your mil case na secondary.. think of what will better your life now.

Ehugs and have a successful surgery with a beautiful baby.

As for other Mummies with time, I'd advise you read this book, Supernatural Childbirth by Jackie Miaze. Read it and digest the scriptures with it, I saw God's hands clear in my labour journey and could apply these principles I got from the book.

I was just about typing what one of our mamas posted. Before this pregnancy, with a genotype of AA, I usually have malaria every 2months because i wasn't doing enough to prevent malaria. Since i got preggy, for the first 5months, I didn't use malaria drug or pcm. These are the steps I take:

Use insecticide regularly or better still mosquito net.
I caution hubby a lot to enter the house quick because we don't have door net. This wasn't working effectively so I started shutting my bedroom door (ALWAYS SHUT)
When leaving the house after 6PM, i'm not a fan of repellents so I wear leggings, socks and take cardigans incase it gets cold.
Taking my routine drugs. I read somewhere that it boosts the immune system.
Reduce palmoil intake.
Reduce stress
I carry my umbrella everywhere I go.
Recently started taking fansider monthly prescribed by the doctor.
If you have catarrh and sore throat frequently like me, reduce your cold water intake, bath with warm water and avoid dust/smoke.
Take more fruits, wash and peel your fruits at home.
Check the kind of water you are drinking. You may need another source of drinking water.

Sorry ma, you will get well soon. Don't worry nothing will happen to your baby, the doctors know the right medication to give you that will be safe for you and baby. Also ask your doctors what can possibly be causing it, check Google too. Then you will the possible cause and try very well to avoid it.
I know malaria is mosquito, but I don't know what causes typhoid. Other mamas will help out too

Sorry mama, I'll suggest that you should start sleeping under net and use insecticide as often as you can to prevent mosquito bites because some are the causes of the malaria and as for typhoid, please kindly watch where, how and the items you used in preparing and eating your food and items you drink water from and the source of water because typhoid diseases we get from contaminated water and food.

Hello Sabi Mama's please I really need your help am team October/November and yesterday I had this terrible pain at d upper part of my bump and I went to the hospital they said it's acid build up and I was given paracetamol injection and mist mag and instantly I was relieved, I got home again and the issue started again I was rushed to the hospital and I was discharged this morning. Now am eating just little Rice and the issue started again I took only mist mag and paracetamol and it relieved me gradually please mamas what should I do what should I avoid cos I am hungry now and am afraid to eat.

Good morning Able Mama's, I went for Anatomy scan on Monday doctor said everything is fine. But the scan shows am 21 weeks 5days and Edd is now 3rd Nov. While LMP is saying am 20weeks 3days and edd is 13th Nov. Which one sud I stick to?cos am in doubt right now.

Calm down, just allow baby arrive first and suck, then you will know the meaning of breast pain due to full breast when baby is asleep

My advice is to try UAE resident permit route 2years visa , then you can begin to apply for other countries.
