My advice is to try UAE resident permit route 2years visa , then you can begin to apply for other countries.

Depends on what you call lightening cream. But seriously no cream can really combat melasma in pregnancy. Some of these lightening creams are not safe to you and your unborn child. Avoid anything that has to do with steroids, hydroquinone and mercury. Unfortunately most lightening creams in the market are laced with these harmful chemicals, but the manufactures won't indicate it on the ingredients. So it's best to stick with only moisturizer this period. It's better to be safe than sorry.

South Africa seems to be one of those countries that uses perception in deciding whether to grant an applicant a visa or not . While travel history is not a requirement those visa officers may be of the perception that you want to visit and remain in their country beyond the approved period. You can improve your chance of positive outcome by showing that you have a job/stable income, travel history and a plan of what you intend to do in South Africa. This plan should be stated in an introduction letter.
Ordinarily you don’t need to go to this length but since you are encountering difficulties in getting your application approved you could try that.

Sorry, I've been missing in action. Wasn't feeling too well. I noticed my hands and feet were becoming white even though I've been taking blood tonic from the beginning of this pregnancy. Anyway, I was advised to take this "hospital too far" leaves and got better after taking it. I hope it has no side effects because I try not take too much.

I hope we have started registering for ANC, I'd be doing that on Friday. How's our LOs doing? Are you all enjoying this second trimester like I am? My bump is already showing . I doubt if I can hide it after this month.

Hope you went to the hospital? I guess you're keeping yourself busy to reduce boredom.

Last week, hubby was complaining of a particular gown I wore. Though it's tight, but my stomach really protrudes in it. I noticed my tummy is slightly bigger because I have a really flat stomach. I don't want my bump to come out now with this my slim and not tall body.

I think my MS is reducing and my appetite is coming back gradually, though the metallic taste is still there. I have a question o. My breast is itching me badly for 2 weeks. I changed bra thinking the bra is small for me, but it still itches. I use shear butter for now and reduced bra wearing time. Am I the only one with this package? How do you manage it?

Pls, don't cry! Our mamas here will keep you company including me . You can get yourself occupied with religious activities and humanitarian assistance. I will advise you to stay away from herbs and concoctions, it's not advisable. I take pregnacare, 1 tablet daily because I was advised to take it. Why didn't your nurses answer you? Is it a government hospital? Lol, funny people. Look for a better hospital around you. You can get one of your siblings or relative to stay with you, just to kill the boredom .

For me I guess I just had a bit of morning sickness woke up this morning very dizzy, I struggled to leave the bed , felt a bit better after eating! Lolz
I dunno if is my breast that is dragging me while walking

Doc said no sex till 12 weeks and my body is saying otherwise

Can somebody send me any pregnancy related book I can use to be distracting myself

I don't think u should cause some of the herbs don't have measurement n can result in deafness or blindness of the child or can cause miscarriage best is to c a doctor, pls see a doctor.
