Sorry for the late announcement. I thought I will be able to read through the pages I left behind but I just have to jump and pass and do this.

Birth Alert!
My prince arrived planet earth on 7th April via Emergency C section after three days of continuous labour and hunger.
I appreciate the Lord God for making me a mother after 5 years of waiting.
For everyone who helped out in one way or the other, I say a very big thank you.
We still need your prayers as I had a severe breakdown but we will survive.

Congratulations to mamas that have delivered, those waddling, God will make it easy for you.

BS might take a while but I will surely give it.

Your baby is already term so even if you get induced now, you're receiving a healthy and fully developed baby. But there are things you can do to naturally get things started.
Have sex.
Eat pineapples (this had zero effect on me sha)
I hear zobo helps too (doesn't work on me either)
take walks

...check online for more tips. The little guy will come soon

By the way, boss baby is doing fine (if only he will sleep at night )

OK, tnx for those tips. I have been taking pineapple since last week, I think the next thing to try is zobo drink cos sex is like a no go area for me since this pregnancy and I am so lazy to walk.

Cappo, tanx for always checking up on us. I hope boss baby is fine. Gender is xy. New Edd 18th according to the scan I had last week Monday. OS is closed and I am getting tired of being pregnant but in all, God's will be done. Dh wants me to be induced cos of baby weight but my hospital is saying until the two weeks plus has passed. I am somehow confused sha. Any advice?

fruitbae dear, am fine o! Looking for labour with torchlight jare. All I get na braxton hicks and cramps. I just want this baby to come like now now sef but in all things, I want only God's will to be done. Maybe he wants to share same birthday with his big bro sha cos my first son's birthday is 13th March too. How are you doing?

Also searching for labour with all my heart. I can't even lie on my side comfortably without serious jabbing from LO. I pray it comes easy for us.

It is a common myth especially in the south west. My husbands sister told me same last week that it's for protection I just told her OK. Only illiterates and those who doubt the efficacy of their GOds believe such.

I've started obron 6. I have just one week sha but I believe it will go a long way.
Since I'm on bed rest I can't go to market and I have no one to send, so garden egg leaf isn't happening.

Cappo, Obron6 works. When I was 23weeks gone, I always felt dizzy and I was on the necessary routine drugs but a nurse told me told me to switch to obron6, ever since, I haven't felt dizzy.
One week is more than enough for God to boost it for you.

Fruitbae don't believe that hogwash! Can a mere pin stand against the devil? Please put your faith in The One who made the heavens and earth to protect you and your baby and not on 20 naira safety pin.

Don't know how to thank you for this. I called my mum and she encouraged me to believe in the Lord that made the conception possible without my knowledge but after thinking of the years it took for me to conceive she asked me to go ahead and use and that was what increased my fear. I know the baby is the Lords and I know his protection is sure.

It depends on you sis. What you believe in, will definitely work for you. But to me, it's just a myth.
Though I was told the same during my first preg. And I would answer yes. It all still depend on your belief.

Good evening mamas. I do not know if this has been asked before but I need to know what mamas here think about it.
Concerning the use of safety pin on one's garment while pregnant, does it have any spiritual backing or its just a myth? I just returned from a stroll not quite long and my neighbour asked if I had it attached to my cloth. Please help me with responses before fear overtakes me.
