My Son is celebrating three years Birthday today.

After waiting for 9years with one ovary, Only one embryo was transferred. it can only be God.

One of my ovary was mistekly removed during Fibroid operation in Nigeria. Lost all hope but God came and gave me wonderful Son afterwards!

For those still waiting for this type of wonder Joy, It will arrive soon. Just believe and ignore those that are mocking and calling you names. Be thanking God ahead for the bundle of joy that's arriving your family soon

I came back here after three years to celebrate with my people and give hope to those still waiting.

Happy birthday to your son. All glory to God.

I earnestly dread symptomless pregnancies... One starts fretting if the preggy is progressing or if it's a blighted ovum or if it's a viable pregnancy... Pregnancy symptoms indicate healthy surge of hormones....n this fretting makes one too anxious which isn't good for a stable early pregnancy...peeing on a hundred sticks or blood test won't help either cos it will till read positive... Even if embryo stops growing... Best way to find out ... Is go for a scan...am in dis same situation... No sore nipple... Or heavy breast... no food aversion...no heightened smell... No Ms... Natin... Got d strenght of ten men tied together...

Been in dis situation befo... Didn't end well... I'd take a symptom filled first trimester...over a symptomless one any day... Any time... Till we scan...best of luck... For u!

IT WILL END IN PRAISE. Fingers crossed.

Lol. I didn't have any except the bitter mouth and eating severally in the 1st trimester, worked for me because I didn't want anyone to know on time . Till now it's only the bitter mouth and protruding belly that shows am pregnant.

Wow, sounds great. What about changes in breast?
I wouldn't want anyone to know either. Thank you so much🙏. I got relieved.

Good evening Mama's n Papa's of many nations.
Please I ate nchuanwu with ugu sauce throughout the first day of embryo transfer. A friend just told me that nchuanwu can cause contraction of the womb and I'm now worried.

Please is it true? I'm on my 2ww.

In the one hour after embryo transfer your Doctor may ask you to remain laid down that’s all.
After that any position you sleep in and what you eat does not really matter to be frank.
You have done your part and it’s up to your body to stick or not.You can even go back to work but take it easy.

Thank you so much

He says the endometrioma is small and will not affect oocyte collection so there's no need for aspiration or removal.
Thank you.

TwinHeart post=120037867]Hi Mamas! I've been trawling through this thread for the last few weeks and it has been both revealing and scary.

I got married in 2019 and found out I had Grave's disease (Hyperthyroidism) few months before my wedding. DH and I decided to wait for the Grave's to go into remission before we started TTC. After months of drug therapy and finally becoming euthyroid, we started TTC in July 2021. After some months with no success, We did tests and found out I was not ovulating and I had endometriomas in both my ovaries. 8 cycles of Ovulation Induction with no success we've decided to go the IVF route. Based on comments on this thread, we decided to go with PF Medical and we're happy with our choice.

We've done the preliminary tests; Viral markers, SIS and AMH and everything is a go. The doctor says we will be using an antagonist protocol because my AMH is very high and I have high risk for OHSS. We shall be commencing the process once I get my next period.

I'm adding to this thread because I feel like it will be nice to have a support system while undergoing this journey; especially surviving the 2WW. I'll have questions and will be hoping for your kind responses. [/quote]

It is well with you.
Please what does the doctor says about the endometrioma? Are they going to aspirate it? I have one.

I prayed that I will come and share my testimony soon because I'm really tired of people mocking and laughing me.......

You shall testify soon my sis. How was the surgery done, was it a keyhole or an open surgery?

Pls, I'm having a complex ovarian cyst that requires surgery for its removal. What type of surgery did you use to remove yours? My gynae suggested an open surgery while another said he can do it laparascopically. Pls can u briefly discuss ur experience with the type u did.

This is Loisemm. I used to be more active on ttc thread though I come around here to ask questions and rejoice with mamas.

I used to wonder too if IUI works. I did my little research and saw it works for some cases. I started seeking to find a good hospital that has a high success rate with IUI not just IVF cos I didn't have money for IVF and wasn't ready for that yet. I was contemplating Kingswill hospital. Some may even remember me talking about them here last year, but didn't know anyone who had successful IUI with them. I only heard, didn't know anyone I could point to.
Towerofgrace gave her testimony on ttc thread and I read of others on nairaland that had successful IUI with St.Ivies hospital, Lagos. I dug deeper, made more research and settled for their Ikoyi branch which has more IUI success rate.
The rest they say is history.

God has blessed me with a bfp. Despite negative results that surfaced. He made a way for me.

I will still write my WIDD. I am pregnant to the glory of God.

Great God! Congratulations my birthday mate.

U can try mbanefo hospital @enugu or Life International Awka. Both are very good. I cycled with mbanefo twice n got bfn but I must tell you that they are good. A lot of women got pregnant with twins, triplets n 1 quadruplet on one of the batches I had with them. Just make your research.

Dear Mummies,

Kindly share your experience about Life Specialist Hospital at Nnewi

I don't have experience with them but my cousin is pregnant with twins on her first try. She cycled with their centre in Awka ie Life International hospital while the Nnewi is Life specialist. I've heard so many success stories about them. I had friends n friend of friends that got their result from both centres. U can give them a try. By God's grace, I will cycle with their centre in Awka before the end of the year.

1. Read Micha 7:5
U can be anywhere wt ur frd but on matrimonial bed, No. Be careful not to over trust any frd. Warning!
2. Presence of snake/serpent frightens because physically it does. But hw often u see snakes in ur dream ll give beta undstndin.
The snake wasn't comin after u to bite u but rather taking a cover. Serpent is nt permitted to bite anyone dat doesn't break d hedge.
Wht is inside u is bigger than any snake. Snake in d dream is a symbol of deity, marine agent and satanic force. A little of more fire of ur prayers, they ll be all gone out of ur house.
Develop an attitude of warfare preferably frm 12am to any time u can go.
Or dry fasting for two days, victory is sure!

Thank you Gistsky! I don't normally see snakes in my dream, I think that was the first time I had snake dream.
I will add more fire to my prayer life. God bless you.

Pls someone should help interprete my dream! I dreamt this afternoon where I was lying on my matrimonial bed with my female colleague(she's married), my sisters came visiting n we were all in the room....my friend suddenly left the room. Was about going out with my sisters when I went to use d toilet, saw a tiny black n white snake on the bath....was so frightened that I shouted n the snake tried to take cover, I ran out n locked the toilet so it doesn't move out from there.

NB: I have been trusting God for the fruit of the womb.
