Xiaomi has launched its Redmi 10 budget smartphone globally. The new Redmi 10 comes with a new chipset, an improved camera setup and more. Here’s all you need to know about the new Xiaomi Redmi 10.

The Redmi 10 comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz adaptive refresh rate, which lets the phone adjust its refresh rate automatically according to the task at hand so your phone doesn’t waste any battery. The display also comes with Sunlight display and Reading Mode 3.0 features. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 and will be available in three storage configurations. These are 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB.

The phone comes with a quad-camera setup on the back. This comprises a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, and two 2MP macro and depth sensors. On the front is a single 8MP camera encased in a center-aligned punch-hole cutout. The phone also features a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and 9W reverse wired charging support.
Apart from this, the phone also comes with a dual speaker setup and a 3.5mm headphone port. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint sensor with the power button and MIUI 12.5 based on Android 11.

The Redmi 10 4GB+64GB, 4GB+128GB and 6GB+128GB comes with expected price of $150 - $200 (N75,000 - N100,000) depends on country or region. The device will also be available in three colour variants, called Carbon Gray, Pebble White, and Sea Blue.

I hope Xiaomi can see they have the advantage and do not start reacting to what the competition is doing. To react is to fail. Steve Jobs created and never reacted. Nokia reacted to blackberry by making the N- series , Nokia started making phones that looked like Blackberry, by the time the iPhone came out they were 2 steps behind. One step behind Blackberry 2 behind Apple. I hope Xiaomi do not go overboard with advertising but use their strong psychological advantage to pull through. I don't think Xiaomi will fall like those brands you mentioned. Xiaomi's marketing strategy will make them be in the market for a very long time. If only you will take ur time research about it, you will understand more

Abeg who else is disappointed with the latest Android 11 update on their RN8pro like me. My phone has not been fun to use since I did the update. Several bugs that I can barely keep track of. My Bank app fingerprint feature stopped working, the right pod of my Edifier X3 TWS doesn't produce any sound when on calls, Google assistant keeps popping up at random without prior command, sensitivity to gesture commands has poorly reduced. These are just the few bugs that I've observed so far o.
Abeg what can I do to eliminate all this and get my device back to norm.

Try update every damm app on ur phone and do hard reset from time to time

Ur budget for Redmi note 10 Pro should come up to around 130K.. Better go for Redmi note 10S or Redmi note 10. The devices will give you rest of mind.

I updated my redmi note 8 pro to MIUI 12.5.1 two days ago and I'm now noticing some problems:
1. My battery drains much faster. Even in standby mode when I sleep, I wake up to see the battery down by more than 15%.
2. I can no longer send pictures from my gallery via Xender to someone else. The pictures will just shrink to a size of 5bytes.

Is anybody here noticing similar problems?

If possible you can back up reset the device to factory and also continue to hard reset often by holding power button steady till phone vibrates

Hope ur TV is not the culprit here. Does the TV has good WiFi? Make sure you connect both TV and phone to WiFi 2.4GHZ. If not connect power off and on TV again.

This is not a general problem though, second space was removed in their lower midrange and budget phones especially the 4/64 variants cause it takes up a lot of resources. You can still actually enable the second space if you want to using activity launcher

You can still use spilt screen on full screen gesture mode and floating windows are actually better IMO.

With all your Xiaomi rantings since I actually expected that you would have long sold this your phone
