The first batch of deportees are expected to be convicted felons or those serving time in US federal prisons .

The project was concieved by GEJ and only began works late in his term as substantive President.

It was Buhari's govt that competed it.

FYI, the second Niger Bridge was concieved as PPP with a BOT agreement that would have seen the bridge managed and tolled by Julius Berger. Buhari reviewed it and had the FG fund the project 100%

If there any worthwhile project Buhari's govt did, it was the second Niger Bridge and the rehabilitation of the Enugu -PHC road.

Don't be an ingrate . Give credit where it is due. Buhari remains the only president to have addressed the bad spate of federal roads in the SE by ensuring the project was carried out directly through the ministry of works. Prior to this, all contracts for rehabilitation of federal highways were awarded to SE PDP stalwarts who never mobilised to site or if they did, did a shoddy job. This is one of the reason your elite instigated deep hatred amongst you guys towards Buhari. As much as I don't and will never support or defend the Buhari govt, he remains the only adminstration that looked into infrastructure in the SE.

The region Buhari neglected totally was the SS which he had since declared as the 5% region.
