If the later is the case then I guess you visit your bank customer care as such thing has happened to me where I used atm to credit my bet9ja account and got debited while my bet account wasn't credited.I complained to my bank after about 2weeks it was resolved and my money credited back to my account. I suggesst you follow it up.
