weaken which army ? Eh weaken which F**king army, the rearming of NA,NAF and NN under whose administration did it start

You are aware that Nigeria's army once had the ability to go and fight in other countries, or maybe you are not, like most Nigerians you have no idea of what is actually going on. When that madman Abacha was in power for instance, our army then had the ability to go and fight in Sierra Leone and do wonders. Fast forward to Johnathan's time, he destabilised the army and make the country appear as a laughing stock that even Uganda's president made fun of us at GEJs inability to protect the nation.

So much people-worshipping bullsh1t on this page. Are white people Gods? no! They have several problems as a "group of people" as does every group worldwide. Black people have the problem of being passive cucks worldwide that are more than happy to be enslaved by everyone else except themselves Look at India, Libya, United States, Euro countries, etc. But when it comes to ourselves, we are more than happy to hurt one another based on different ethnic groups and religions.

If many of you were actually educated about past and present then you would know that you are f00ls for thinking that white people are superior to you. They simply are not. Anyone that believes they are is a f00l beyond fools. Just do research and educate yourselves. Stop acting like a bunch of slaves.

This is what happens when people don't go to school and have no idea what is going on. The reason this country is in disarray is primarily due to Goodluck Johnathan who did ABSOLUTELY nothing whilst he was in power except weaken the army and embezzle funds. But since you are a bigot you can't see past that.

What Nigerians need to do is become militarily strong once again! Since the fall of Ghaddafi, Libya has become an unstable region and a place not good for "Non-Arab Libyans" meaning that whether you are black from Libya or a black from another country not far from Libya (Niger or Nigeria) they will be hostile towards you.

The problem with Africans is the constant passive nature. That is why we are not respected anywhere around the world and treated like a bunch of cucks. A lot of us behave like Spineless cowards. In North America (USA and Canada) poor treatment for blacks, in India - Poor treatment for blacks, in Europe - Poor treatment for blacks and of course in the Middle East- Poor treatment for blacks.

We are quick to hurt one another due to either having a different religion, ethnicity, or culture, but when it comes to others we bow down like a bunch of f00ls. You have some people worshiping whites on here and i could never understand that especially since the majority of them DO NOT like us. You have some of us even thinking Arabs are our buddies when A LOT of them do not like anyone who is not Arab. Enough with the passive nonsense. RCCG ain't doing s**t.

smiley I think brother what you intend to say is that the North east FULANI still retained much more of the Fulani culture and language in the city than their brothers in North west and that's a good thing alots of people thought Fulani speaks only hausa which is not far from the truth.

undecidedThey might thought that way maybe because they interact only with Fulani in the city . Even in the North west Kebbi, zamfara, sokoto,Katsina state Fulani still do speak their Fulani language.

winkThe logical reason why Hausa language have less impacted on Fulani (North East Nigeria) was because when the caliphate expand to North East the Hausa language had little influence or less impacted on Fulani also probably their might be some kind of second/third wave of Fulani cattle Rearers from all angles whom had settled their after the expansion.

:oI disagree their are more Fulani or Fulfulde speakers in North East than in North west. It's a portion of Fulani and Hausa in North west that creat the North east Fulani caliphate. Everybody that succeeded in his jahad must return home to summit his jahad Flag. cheesy

Brother smiley
In my opinion their are more FulFuldE (Fulani language speakers) in North west than their are Fulani FulFuldE speakers in North East.Go tO Fulani villages all around Kebbi, Sokoto, zamfara, Katsina you will attest to what i said. But Ofcause the Fulani in cities tend to speak only HAUSA (faults are to their grandparents who don't teach their children so their grand-children grow speaking only Hausa,(I'm a case in point). In the North East it's not the case cuz FulFuldE is spoken widely spoken in the cities. wink Give my words thought smiley

Ok bros, I will do some research about what you are saying as I have never stayed extensively in the NW, I have been to Sokoto but not really to a village. Thanks! I will go sooner or later smiley

Speaking FulFuldE as their main tongue doesn't mean they didn't speak a Hausa..The problem is none Fulani don't speaks the Fulfulde language. So Fulani will speak to them in the language everybody understand which is Hausa.

In Kebbi state .. This LGA Gwandu ,Dakin gari/zaga and BagudO/Ka'Oje tO mention few they all speaks Fulfulde as their main language and they speaks hausa to.

That is a fine point you make bros. You are correct about that.

I never said Fulani in Nigeria are off same clan or speaks desame FulFulde dialect. I disagree smiley You are not from taraba you are from Adamawa. In the taraba state website it was stated that tho their There are over eighty (80) ethnic groups found in Taraba State each with its distinct historical and cultural heritage which in the list hausa is not mention maybe the combined the little hausa in taraba state with Fulani tongue

grin. The tribes are Mumuye, Ichen, Wurkum, Mambilla, Kuteb, Chamba, Jukun, Yandang, Fulani, Jenjo, Kunini, Lo, Ndoro,Kambu, Kaka, Bandawa, Mung, Tiv, Zo, Bambuka, Jibu and Jole. With all this Hausa is commonly spoken by most indigenes of Taraba State irrespective of ethnic grouping. The website don't say FulFulde is commonly spoken amongst the tribe but it's said hausa is embarassed You won't be to believe you or the website grin
http://tarabastate.gov.ng/about/#53d34fda033c24dbb

I am not speaking about other ethnic groups. I am talking about/referring to the Fulani living in Taraba. They DO speak Fulfulde. One of the members on Nairaland here, another Fulani guy, Bororojo was from Taraba, and he spoke perfect Fulfulde. He was the one who even informed me that in Taraba state, that the Fulbe there also speak Fulfulde as their main tongue not Hausa. The other groups you listed, the non-Fulbe (non-Fulani) DO however, speak Hausa as their main tongue.

Well,You are right one is not expected to argue about a place he/she have never been to, I also have never visited taraba nor have i ever tour any any state located on the east part of Arewa but you see i'm from the north west (Kebbi state precisely) and i believed the Fulani and the hausa of Taraba,Gombe,Bauci and Adamawa came from the north-west where the (Sokoto caliphate starts) and so they spoke both the Hausa and the FulFuldE language of Fulani and any person from the north west will find it ridiculous cheesy
tongue If anybody tells him/her that their are Fulani in Taraba who speak not a single hausa word.
grin i know a lots of Fulani whom came from Taraba if anyone of them should tell me this tongue Na slap dey go recieve grin

Now put aside the Caliphate. Hausa is actually the official language of Northern Nigeria from middle belt to North west to North west (the birth place of hausa) Every adult residing their must speaks and understand hausa cuz its the language of commerce. Taraba Fulani can't escape it.

It's started in taraba state website that there are over eighty (80) ethnic groups found in the State each with its distinct historical and cultural heritage. Their are Tribes like the Mumuye, Fulani, Wurkum, Mambilla, Kuteb, Chamba, Jukun, Yandang, ichen, Jenjo, Kunini, Lo, Ndoro,Kambu, Kaka, Bandawa, Mung, Tiv, Zo, Bambuka, Jibu and Jole and Hausa is commonly spoken by most indigenes of Taraba State irrespective of ethnic grouping.

Your assessment isn't exactly correct. The Fulani in Nigeria are from all different parts of Fulani lands. There are about 20 - 25 different clans in Nigeria and about 3 or 4 major Fulfulde dialects. Some Fulani currently living in Nigeria came from what is today Mali. The Fulani in the Northwestern Part of Nigeria speak a dialect similar to Fulfulde spoken in Mali, Western Niger Republic, Burkina Faso, etc. It is often referred to as Maasinakoore or Central Fulfulde.

The Fulfulde spoken amongst the Fulani in Eastern Niger Republic, NE Nigeria, Chad, Central African Republic and Sudan is 25% different from Central Fulfulde. It is often referred to as Eastern Fulfulde or Adamawaare.

NOTE: Fulani are not monolithic and did not all come from the same area. There are Fulani in Nigeria that have dialects similar to those living in Senegal, there are Fulani in Nigeria that have dialects similar to those living in Guinea and there are Fulani in Nigeria that have dialects similar to those living in Mali.

Fulfulde is the lingua Franca of Parts of Taraba

I can understand how the one north and Hausanaization policy has grafually made sure that other languages become relegated in the north.

From 1914 up to the 80’s Fulfulde used to be kinda official and encouraged in the NE by the british colonialists to be the prestige Language, just like Hausa in the rest of the North.
Not any more though. Especially after Independence.

Gombe for example has changed gradually over the years from predominantly Fulfulde Speaking to more Hausa.

Just a look at neighboring cameroon, Nigerian refugees fleeing boko haram can’t even communicate with the locals there who all speak Fulfulde, while they (Nigerians) only know Hausa.

And both areas are literally beside one another.
National borders are powerful social forces indeed.

Whilst your assessment is correct, we are speaking in regards here to the Fulani population in Taraba, Adamawa and Gombe. There are other ethnic groups in these states as well (e.g. Jukun, Tiv, Bute/Vute, etc etc.) that speak both Hausa and their respective language although the Munshi (Tiv) are a bit more stubborn. But amongst the Fulani population, we the Fulani of Adamawa are no different from the Fulani in Cameroon as we both speak Fulfulde. Other ethnic groups that have fled Nigeria may not understand Fulfulde due to the fact (like you said) that Hausa is the lingua Franca of most of N.Nigeria whereas in N.Cameroon, Fulfulde is the lingua Franca.

;DYou don't know. Their aren't adult Fulani who doesn't understand hausa Not in Arewa even if he/she is living deep in the forest he must have learnt hausa. To say their are Fulani in the north who completely don't understand hausa is playing with our Knowledge. Maybe they came from neighboring cámeroon. grin

But like Baaballiyo said their are Kids Fulani who don't understand hausa we have them in the north west. But as long as one carried out his today activities he must comprehend Hausa. In taraba which language between hausa and Fulatanci is more spoken

If your question pertains to Fulani only in Taraba state, then Fulfulde is the more dominant language over Hausa. You guys may not like what I'm saying, but that's the truth. The Northeast has far more Fulfulde speakers than the Northwest.

I beg to differ, though I donot know wether u used ur above statement as a figure of speech, but I dont think u wud find a single Adult Fulani who lives in Northern Nigeria for the most part of his/her life and still cant utter or comprehend "1 word of Hausa". What u said above hold mainly for small Fulani Children. Indeed there ar many Adult Fulani who cant speak/understand Hausa fluently but its hard to find one who does not know one single Hausa word.

You are taking what I say completely out of context. What I mean is that they don't speak Hausa. They may know words like "Sannu" or "Barka dai" words that every Nigerian knows, but they can't speak Hausa.

Yeah, I agree with you, but Fulani as a language can't stand on its own without Hausa, Lamido can be easily translated as Sarki, because it's more common than Lamido. Thanks for the info bro.

That depends on where you go and whom you are speaking to. There are Fulani in Nigeria that do not speak 1 word of Hausa..You can find many in Jalingo, Yola, etc. etc.

The Mbororo'en speak pure unadulterated Fulfulde with hardly any Hausa in it. So whilst what you may say is true for the most part regarding a lot of Urbanised Fulani, it does not hold true for all Fulani in both Niger Republic and Nigeria.

What you are describing here is subnetting not vlan,

Vlans createa logical and physical division of a network on a switch, while subnetting allows for logical separation.

Eg Vlan 10 for sales can have an IP address of 10.10.10.* while Vlan 20 Admin can have 192.168.*.*
Which would not be able to communicate without Vlan routing on layer 3 switches or a router on a stick.

Subnetting functions on a single network sub divided while Vlan work across various distinct network sharing the same physical switch.

I am a bit rusty correct me if I am wrong haven't practiced since Feb.

You are incorrect, sorry to say. A VLAN is it's own broadcasting domain. You can actually take a cluster of IP addresses and subnet them into separate VLANs. You understand the gists of a VLAN in that it creates a logical and physical division of a network on a switch. What do you think Subnets do? Subnets are their own IP address space. This means that for one to successfully route to them, you would need a layer 3 type of device. VLANs as aforementioned are their own broadcasting domain meaning that without something like Router on a stick (Inter VLAN routing) you can not access them. In simple terms, a vlan = a subnet = a broadcast domain

I hope this helps.

As aforementioned, Hausa and Arabic Are both Afro-Asiatic languages. Other languages in this family include Somali, Amharic, Tigriniya, Ngas, Tamashaq and other languages spoken in the Sahel region of Africa. Hebrew is also a part of this family.

Afro-Asiatic languages all have their respective roots in East Africa, and originated from there.

Private VLAN is an option to get this done if all you have is just one IP subnet.

Effectively what a VLAN is, is its own broadcasting domain that allows you to protect traffic. Meaning that if I wanted to keep data within a particular IP address space, the VLAN effectively does that. To route out data from a VLAN to another broadcasting domain would require a router on a stick topology or something of that nature.

They did not have a technical background, so they wanted me to do all the technical work (programming for both backend and frontend) which is a TON of work. That is why I refused. Often people without the technical background don't realise how difficult/time-consuming it can be for one person to do everything.

I agree with this. Going to the university to learn CS won't teach you how to program but will make you smarter in programming

Correct it is always a good starting point to teach yourself, but to become an expert, you do need to go to school for it. Run-time complexity is relatively important (despite the fact that we have extremely powerful computers today). But stuff like Machine learning, parallel processing, etc. School definitely helps there.

pls bro fulaman,i think berber, tuareg and fulani are relates?,because i see that they have the same skin, especially those in north africa that are light.

Touaregs are Berbers, they are a sub-group of the much larger Berber speaking group of peoples. Fulani(Fulbe) are more closely related to Wolof and Serer people of Senegambia linguistically. With that said, There are very dark Touareg people (Like Koudede for instance) and there are Touaregs of lighter complexion. Same goes with Berbers in general, although the "Berbers" living on the Mediterranean coast that are white are heavily mixed with Greek and Roman DNA.

Same goes with the Fulbe, I would say that about 65% of Fulani are brown to dark brown (From Senegal all the way to Central African republic) and 35% can be of lighter complexion.
