OCTAVO:
You are very arrogant! The same kids with no sense are the ones feeding you. Most people that claim their business is not based on nairaland are cheap losers that use that to form boss. No matter how minute your customers from nairaland may be, please try and lose all of them to your competitors. Nonsense!
Fact

I would gladly be interested MA, but please affirm my interest (and others) with PROOFS and not just claims, even the least of Internet marketers publicize Proofs(screenshots) to backup their claims. Yours shouldn't be an exception I guess

Say whatever you or others have chance to say at the moment.

It is a free world though in as much no one in here can point finger to me that I once scammed him or her all these years.
Also note that my business is not primarily based on nairalanders as most of you here are kids with no sense
of how business operates and lots more.
Okay, for giving you a word of advice on proper business etiquette, we (nairalanders) have turned to kids?

My brother, pride leads to destruction, learn to lower your wings, learn to swallow your pride, take the humble route else it leads your business to a path of failure.

Whether nairaland or elsewhere, this doesn't change the fact that the way you treat customers is faulty, a man who is not ready to learn causes more harm than good for himself.

And don't forget, this is naira land's business section not employee'section, so everyone here is a boss and not only you.

I understand you so well but apology is not required at this point because
I wanted to make his transaction as swift as possible though it was weekend
but he didn't cooperate by not following piece of instruction that was given to him.

He placed order late Friday and came here to complain when the transaction
is still within time frame of 24 to 48 hours since he failed to do what he was
asked to do to make his transaction faster.
Iykepromotion, you can see that this guy is too bossy (proud) to make an apology for his handicapped customer service &attitude towards customers /clients.

Go and change (improve) brother, I had once in the past wanted to have a transaction dealing with you, but was disappointed at getting a response regards my request.

In case you don't know; customers are the BOSS, not YOU

Why don't you give the price at a discounted rate instead?

Like a carton goes for NGN5,000 from the company. You can give the retailer for NGN4,500. From there, they can calculate their profit.

This is what most companies in that field do.

It will also save you money from paying of salaries, among others.
Thanks for the advice on payment & renumeration, however its not an Fmcg, it's unpackaged , at the latter stage of business within few months, I intend going into packaging the snacks

Business(pls Advice) How Can I Recruit Workers? by fulfilled2016(op):
I am presently in need of advice on how to go about recruiting street hawkers for a snacks business I am about to launch.

Street hawkers like those that hawk Fan Yogurts, Gala sausage rolls and so on.

And I was also thinking, should the renumeration be daily payment or monthly salary, but I think daily payment based on sales commission would be more preferable even though I am open to advise on this as well.

However, the most paramount of it all as it concerns me Presently is the Recruitment of the hawkers, I will kindly appreciate the help of the business section on this.
God bless us all.
