I picked up my passport with my visa this morning my interview was November 10th, see below how it went:

I was interviewed by the same black male consular that was asking a lot of questions that looks like drilling, I was saying to myself that I don’t wish to be called by him though but after all questions and verification he approved me

Hello, yes, I am experiencing the same thing.
Status changed to Application Received on the 14th of Nov and has not changed to anything else since then.

My CGI today shows "Document Delivery Information" from "Your passport is still at US Embassy bla bla"

No mail for pick up, no status update, Call centre claims they don't have access to track

Yes, I apologize. We have been placed in administrative processing and filled out form 5535. They have directed us to pick up the passport at DHL, they have sent two emails saying it has been picked up from the embassy. But when we try to pick the passport up from DHL it is not there...

That's very weird. I don't think one shld experience this kind of thing with an institution as organized as the US embassy

Hello again! We have received to emails to pick up his passport (we are still in AP) but when we go to pick it up it is still not there...do they have a history of losing passports??

Check again today, a case status showed Approved yesterday and last updated 17/11/2022.
Interview was last week Thursday.

I would suggest you go the CR1 route and start as soon as possible.
To appeal is even more expensive than the whole application.

24 hours later and it still feels surreal that my visa was approved yday.

NOA 1: 13/04/21
NOA 2: 12/05/22
NVC Case number: 5/07/22
Medicals: 19/09/22
Interview: 10/11/22
Consular decision: Approved

Capturing is still at Ikoyi, I saw Yaba when I was registering too.

Case number from NVC received on the 5th of July

Hi guys, congratulations to those that just received their Case ID. This is just another update so far from the date my case ID was sent.

Forms
DS-160 completed by me
Form I-134 completed by Fiancee

Attestation of birth(for those born before 1992)
I did it at NPC office at Agege Secretariat, you need an affidavit for it, if you don't have an affidavit you can pay for it there
-Valid means of ID needed
-3 passport photograph
-15k for the attestation
-1500 for a affidavit
-3k if you want to fast-track (I gave the woman 1.5 sha)
Advice: if you are expecting case ID, don't wait until it arrives before you do this.

VISA fee-
I went to GTB at Adeniyi Jones Ave, it took me like 10mins for the whole thing
- International Passport required
-$265 = #113,950
-Register on https://cgifederal.secure.force. com/?country=Nigeria

Police Clearance-
It is now done online, Visit https://possap. gov.ng/
Make payment online (30k), print the receipt and go to Alagbon for capturing (Room 54)
You may get it same day or the next day depending on how early the person that will print it decides to come early to the office
Advice: If you are expecting case ID, go and do it. It may soon turn hard to get like the Nigerian passport,

I did mine at Studio 24, Ikeja
#6000 for 12 copies and 1 soft copy

Remember, your wedding should be in the US. Don't invalidate your K1 visa by doing any form of wedding here in Nigeria.

It was received via email and mail on 5th July

We applied for K1 in April 2021 after her visit in Feb/March. Acceptance mail from USCIS was April 13th 2021.
Approval mail was May 13th 2022.
The mail stated that my Fiancee was to get a mail from NVC with 30 days of USCIS approval but we are yet to get any till date.
Did anyone experience this kind of delay too? Shld we be worried?
What can I be doing pending the waiting period? All answers will be appreciated please.

We had plans to do a traditional wedding last December but we couldn't so we postponed it to August this year. Will this in anyway affect the VISA processing?
I saw a note somewhere that @Airboy advised the guy to remain single and not have any TM or registry and the likes

Dont worry it is coming. It is taking only 1 to 2 months for your case to be sent to embassy after noa2 so its almost here. If i may ask, how were you able to know when your case was created at nvc?

The case has not been created I guess, hence the delay. But the NVC website and timeframe says 11 days

I did not send chat screenshot for my I-129F. We only filled the form and send the pictures we took together when she was around.
The pictures were at the beach, both of us in the market & kitchen, picture of me proposing & picture of dinner with friends

I tried the number today and was told the line has been suspended for inquiries.

I've submitted an inquiry form already but that's going to take another 2 months or so to get a response.

I just bought a 2007 Hyundai Elantra (Naija used). When I did the test drive, it was in the morning and I think I did about 5 miles, the gear selected well, no check engine light, total milage in the car is 129k

I collected the car on Tuesday, drove from Agege to Yaba. On my way back in the evening, the car limped on motion and the check engine light came up. I was able to drive it back home to Agege. I noticed that whenever I'm at a stop and want to move, the car responds sluggishly but after 10 seconds it gains speed again.

Wednesday morning, the drive from Agege was okay again (no check engine) but it limped around Jibowu and the sluggishness started and check engine came up again.

I diagnosed with my Oga's OBD2 and got the PO700 code. Please what would you advise I do?

I don't mind bringing the car to your workshop for a comprehensive diagnosis, repair or replacement.

This is my first car and I don't want just any Kabiru to use me dey chop.
