Finally, another holiday. Been so long!!!

This post is not to discourage or encourage anyone but its just to inform you all,about the training jumia or Jforce training.


I got to the venue of the training some minutes past 2 and I saw quite a number of graduate,both female and male standing why some sitting. after some minutes we where all ushered into a conference hall and everyone took their sit but unfortunately some could not get a sit to sit on but the convener eventually provide sit for those standing and the training commences.
The next stage was the convener or the slaes rep recruiters introducing herself as Bukola Ajani hope I got it right sha. She distributed some forms and ask everyone to fill it and submit it back to her. The content of the form are. Your name as in your bank account name,email,mobile number,bank name, account number, status and BOM which means Business Opportunity Meeting.
The convener explain what Jforce is and how important jforce is to jumia and how important we are to jforce realising their dreams and we to achieving our goal.
We are meant to order,sell and make sure goods are deliver to all customer we are bringing in, and the target for this is 200k for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of when you meet up. Our salaries will be drawn from the the sales will made and it be will collated and release at the end of the month. We are to start from probation and we must strive to get to the captain which they called Gold. So my brothers and sister I can go on and on but the simple logic in all that I typed here is that. We are called to do corporate marketing and help expand jumia NIgeria to the nook and cranny of this bless nations with few jobs for our youth. God bless Nigeria and God bless Jumia and God bless all job Seekers and under employed individual.

First things first... What is the aim or the objective(s) of the club each season? This will enable one to properly evaluate Arsene. If their aim is a top-four finish and Wenger gives them that, will it be termed bad? I don't think so. But if the target is to win trophies, then that is when one would say he is underachieving.

The last time I checked, the board's main concern is a place in the following season's Champions League. As long as they make enough on the financial aspect of the game they are ok. Now, has it changed? That is what we need to know in order to properly assess Wenger.

To be candid I have been invited for more than 15 interviews both in schools & other firm due to d course of following this thread. To Gods glory I av secured two different job with relatively good pay both school hours & after sch lesson at Ajah.

My wed & Fri is still free & am willing to be occupied this days too. More than 4yrs experience in teaching. mastering of IGCSE & British curriculum.

Below are subjects of proficiency

* Mathematics
* F/ mathematics.
* Physics
* Common Entrance Prep class
* Toefre, sat , GRE e.t.c.

It is outdated not to cut corners in our society, it appears being upright negates the norm of our society. People should dare to be different by deviating from these norms, because this action will definitely pay a higher dividend at the end of the day.

School/business owners need to have a longer term view and plan, the ONLY way to establish " a built to last institution", is to learn how to play the game according to the rules. How many businesses outlive their owners in our society? How many brands have been in existence for 100 years in our society may First Bank, this is why schools owned by religious organisations where morals are their unique selling points will continue to grow from strength to strength.

Our societal value system is eroded because we place premium on success without working hard, we believe in cutting corners and it appears that our society favours those who play the game without abiding with the rules.We also believe that the end justifies the means. With this mindset people will always prefer the easier route and lasting success can never be built through cutting of corners.
