Good morning nairalanders please I was brutalized and almost lynched at fagba bus stop yesterday because the napep driver I boarded raise an alarm that am a theif and trying to steal his napep all because we had and argument over change and I reported to the police and they did not arrest them.I need help from nairalanders lawyer or anybody that can be of help

Hello nairalanders I will need you to advise me on what to do.
I branded my car on the 15th of September with my business name after paying laasa fee only to be arrested by some guys who claim to be task force from Ifako ijaiye local government who said that I need to collect some local government papers .
I decided to follow them to the local government office at NRC,iju station where I was told by one Mr otunba that I need to pay the sum of 25000 ngn to collect all necessary papers ,I insisted I will only pay the money to the local government account but he said that they only take cash but he can help me if I can send the money to his account and he will withdraw it and pay the local government and issue me all necessary papers which I do .
The document he gave me all carry Delta State Government.

My question is can ifako ijaiye local government issue delta state certificate ?
I will needed advise on what to do next to stop that fraud

In lagos state law there is criminal possession of Charm and is a crime, the problem here is that there is no way you can prove that the charm is for criminal intention, the law was pass to stop traditionalist from making and circulating criminal and evil charms to the populace

Buyer be ware I bought a 32 inches lcd TV from star times and the remote get faulty ever since then I have not been able to make use of the television gain because i couldn't switch it on and I have been to star times office several time both in lagos and abuja only to be told that the remote is not available and that is over a year now.Spend your money wisely dont get a gadget you will not be able to use or useless only because of a remote control damage
