There will be times when no calls are available for certain queue levels (check FAQ discussion on badge level) or no calls are available for everyone especially when it's the weekend or holidays for our clients. ​It could also mean that they've all been worked on. You just have to check every now and then for a new batch of calls to be uploaded into the platform.

You could use the auto clicker app suggested just a few pages back, but you need a 4G internet connection with good ping.
