Auto base and auto cray paints needed machines that can help determine the colours and quantity.
U need to start with auto flex and colour charts. U need to master manual paint mixtures too .. like ones u look at a paint, u will detect all the colours that can give u the colour

I just have to type this out to encourage someone who might need it. I use to be a teacher and I quite understand the plight of the young male teachers. If you are reading this, the first thing you have to do is to change your mentality. If you look critically, most of these teachers are females with less financial responsibilities. I decided to switch into freelance academic writing. The money I make for a single project is more than my monthly salary. I have to quit when it seems I'm too 'big' for the management. Too big I mean coming late and the rest.
You can't keep doing same thing and expect the same result. If you can read this, you have everything you need to quit teaching.

I wouldn't tell you that life was too easy at the beginning of the struggle. I began as a supervisor in a lounge. I had no experience but i went to cyber cafe( though i have computer skills) i edited my cv and lied that i have worked in two different hotels i got no choice but I needed to start. I took the salary and paid for IT programs. It wasn't difficult for me to learn. I then applied to different companies and finally got the job ( with another edited cv o) man got to survive guy. But i never acted as if i was a novice. I was stable and dedicated until i began to wax. Those programs now cost a lot. Then na beg dem dey beg us with small token offer.

Nobody can tell private school stories than me guys.... I intentionally went for an interview close to the school near my house... They needed English language teacher. ( I studied English) i have a good CV. After the interview, i made it to the negotiation level. When i finally met up with the so called director after wasting my time for 3hours. I just quietly went in there cus i was the best candidate. I looked at the man and said to him 'oga value graduates' and left. Till today, the man still they invite me at least for a brief discussion.

Lol my brother... I thank God. I am 100 times better than then. I experienced those nonsense in Abuja. Now am in Lagos with a solar system company as there IT personnel. I do have some calls to work for other firms when the need arises. Funny thing is.... I read ENGLISH LANGUAGE. NOW AN IT EXPERT. Imagine if am still earning 30k lol... Na to hell on earth allowance be that.
I also set up a car paint shop that is being managed by me and someone i employed.

You should know that school owners are in love with gossips. Nothing sweet them pass 'dem say dem sey'. that was how some teachers reported me to my boss then saying that WAEC candidates paid me over 200k. She bought it o. I was like if na so, y haven't i gotten myself a beta shoe and beta clothes. Now those teachers are always calling me for a giveaway that i do for them once a year. God is good shaa.. nobody can determine what u can become.

Very true... I surffered when i was teaching eehh... I dey teach, still dey borrow money to survive. Once u buy a cloth, ppl will notice my social life was killed. I was leaving a pastor like life. Yet na just useless 30k i was earning... One of my students told me that her Mum told her that teaching is a job for defeated ppl... That was wen it became clear to me... Back den as a teacher, my boss will always lament that she can't even pay holiday salary sef ( holiday lesson fee is always 30% for teachers and 70% for her).. i know too well that the present TEACHERS will hear am this time.... That woman, hmmm .. if u call her twice for ur salary, she will sack u and tell PTA that u were planning a coup
