For a start, employers have the responsibility of declaring their employees and deducting taxes from them and paying to the government, that is why it is called Payee tax, but i do not expect you to know any of these because. How do you expect the government to know how much Dangote is paying his employees and how many employees Dangote has if he doesn't file the required report before FIRS? All of these crimes are tax evasion, and it has sent powerful billionaires in developed countries to jail. think about the then-chairman of Bayern Munich, who was sent to jail for tax evasion. In the developed world, people are held accountable, but here in this country, we have people like you who will support the men to do all the crime and then turn around to blame the government. How ironic, the government will even come to your house to feed you, bathe you, and even wear you Pampers.

An employment contract is a mutually beneficial one between the employer and the employee, as much as the employee needs the job to earn a salary to pay their bills, the same way the employer needs the employee to work and earn money for them. Using the failed state of the economy, because there are many jobless people in the country, is not enough reason to make the worker feel that you are doing him any favours. That is the hurdle they will never employ you there in India where they have indians to do the job. The government will close down that company, talk more of paying you a huge amount over the indian workers na who are able to achieve such in India. If you employ an Expat you must employ an Angolan to work alongside that Expat as an understudy, and that understudy will be paid the same amount you are paying that Expat. You know that and know how your country has failed its workers. A lot of experienced engineers we have in Nigeria are leaving the country and going to work abroad none wants to work for Nigeria again. Some we will have shortage of Nigerian experienced engineers, but it is not easy for us to get jobs Abroad.
